Description of Work: Initially, they were a little slow in responding to my inquiry. Tim made a reasonable estimate to repair abroken downspout and shore up all of the downspouts for structural purposes. The work was performedthe day after I accept their bid and the work was of good quality. They also tightened certain bracketsto make sure the downspouts did not fall away from the walls. This required use of extension laddersbecause the brackets were a good 15 to 20 feet off the ground.

Description of Work: I called them last Monday I spoke with Tim and gave me a price and stated he would call me the next day but I never got a call a back. I called couple days later and still but response.
