It didn't. they dropped the ball and never came out to assess our work needs or call back to follow up.

It went very well. We were happy with the service.

I think they're a little overpriced for what they did but they seem to have done a good work.

Examined our gutters and some other modifications we wanted done to our downspouts. Provided an estimate. All work was itemized, but no item was given a price. Just a total cost. Which we accepted. Didn't hear from them for two weeks. Called to confirm we had accepted the bid and also would like the 10% discount for being an Angie's List member, which was not noted anywhere on the estimate. Was told it was no problem and a new estimate would be emailed. No response for next 3 days. Called back and left a voicremail asking them to call and confirm they wanted the job. No reply. I guess business must be good. They turned down a $1775 (-10%) job.

It is not so easy to find a gutter expert who doesn't want to replace your whole gutter system with a new one without really assessing if that is what you need. This company is great at getting the full life out of your gutters and even helping out with minor roof maintenance. They performed the job very well and very timely once the contract was returned. It did take about two weeks to get a quote after our call, though they called to let us know it would take that long. I would use them again.

Made a big mess. Did not get it all. Had me dragging hoses all around the house.

Sent an email providing details. His website said he provided service in my neighborhood, but three days later he responded and said he was unable to do so.

They did work as promised. A bit of upselling but in general it was still a fair price for the work provided. I'm still considering additional work quoted.

They were on-time, cleaned the gutters and downspouts, and left within 4 hours. Great service

Called them for a quote. After a couple of days I received a verbal confirmation of a quote for the job and an email with a written up one. Their price was in the lower end and since they were reviewed so favorable, I decided to go with them. They were able to schedule the job in 2 weeks after confirming the quote and were able to install the downspouts to my specifications and without me being there. They did a perfect job and was able to really test out their work due to the heavy rains encountered immediately following the installation. Overall, was very satisfied with their work and they're follow through. I would highly recommend them.

Another company I had contacted but not hired, came out and cleaned the gutters on Monday through a scheduling error. Guaranteed Gutters came out on Wednesday after contacting me and cleaned them again. Somebody did a great job, maybe the combination of the two! The original company acknowledged their mistake and did not charge me. Guaranteed still had to put up all the ladders and move them and look in the gutters and clean them again! I was not home at the time. Alex at "Guaranteed" said it was a fast paced business and said his company had done this before. it happens. My gutters are free of leaves and I only had to pay one company.

They said the brackets were broken from the weight of the water. He straightened them and put heavy duty clasps on there. Cleaned out the gutters, added new downspouts and suggested a rain barrel. He even fixed a couple little spots on the roof and didn't charge extra. He was very very honest. He came on time and finished when he said he would, it was wonderful.

The Eric and the crew that came was professional, prompt, and informative. I had not intended to spend so much money but I was very satisfied with the work done and Eric showed me pictures of the damage on my roof. As it would happen, we had torrential rains right afterward and for the first time in a long time, the water did not pour from various parts of my house. I wished I had called them a long time ago. Then about 3 weeks ago, I came home from a trip and a piece of gutter was lying on the ground. My son screwed it back in for me but it came off again twice more...so I called Guaranteed Gutters to ask them to come out and see why the piece of gutter was falling off and fix it. I called 3 times over a one week period. I certainly felt as though the owner was not pleased with my call. He told me he would put me on "the list". I called back a few days later when I realized that I did not know what "the list" meant and the woman who answered the phone said that she would call me right back, but she did not call back. Today I called again and requested a call back. This afternoon, the young men that did the work called me as they arrived at my house. Today, they came out and reconnected the gutter and put in extra screws for security. Eric told me that the gutter would not have come out due to wind or normal conditions, but rather was a result of someone's carelessness. Based on the position of the gutter, it probably was the landscapers that knocked it off, but they could not have done that damage 3 times, because they have not been at my house 3 times this season yet. I was supremely satisfied with the work that was done, but was disappointed with the response from both the owner and the woman who answered the phone when I asked about "the list". I did not feel like a valued customer when dealing with the owner and the woman who answered the phone, but Eric was very nice.

I would never, ever recommend this company!! I asked for an estimate for a gutter repair, took him 5 days to get back to me and another 2 days to come by, even though I'm only a few blocks away. Then, after he came by, he called several times a day asking when I wanted the work done....very pushy! He gave me an estimate of $275, listing several items, including things i didn't even ask to be done. I asked him to break out the cost of each item on the estimate, and he didn't do that. I asked for the cost of the gutter cleaning that was listed and he told me it was $50, even though he had earlier told me $125. Finally, I asked for the cost to do only what I wanted from his list and he told me it would be $240. Huh?? $275 minus $50 is $225, less some other things I didn't want done, so I was figuring around $200, and I would have agreed to do it for that price. His estimates and other things he said made absolutely no sense whatsoever, and if he can't even do a simple estimate, how could i feel confident he would do a good job? Whenever I spoke with him, it was clear that he wasn't listening at all to what I was saying. Overall, a terrible experience!!

Responded to my inquiry and quoted the work in a resonable time frame. Work was scheduled within two weeks of my acceptance and done in a quality manner.

Hadn’t had the gutters cleaned in many years and noticed some gutter damage so it was time to rectify that. Was able to get an estimate right way and was able to setup an appointment quickly also. They were prompt and professional. I received calls with updates on the damaged gutters and they even removed a newspaper that was on my roof almost 5years.

They were ok, they did their job. Nothing I can say that they did wrong. They said they ckecked my roof, and that I had roof issues that need addressed, when my roof was new.

Called Guaranteed Gutters after a few very heavy rains in which the noise from the rain was very pound off the roof. They came out and surveyed the gutters, found some problems, called to update me and performed the work that day. No more gutter problems!

They gave us a great price, and performed some extra work. And they are in our neighborhood, which is great. A very good experience.

Tim responded to my phone call and email and arranged to come over the next day to inspect the gutters. When he arrived, he got out his ladder and checked all the gutters and downspouts, taking pictures with his smartphone so he could show us the problem spots. He drew diagrams to illustrate his recommendations for gutter maintenance and repair, including installing new gutter supports, repairing or replacing some sections of downspouts when seams had split, resealing leaky corners, seams, endcaps, and downspout outlets, and installing a new gutter apron around the front porch section. He also advised a "minor roof preventive maintenance system" which included sealing some cracks in the roofing and sealing nail pops. Within a few hours he sent a proposal by email attachment. He included what I thought was a generous discount with the Angie's List coupon. He also called and said that since he was doing other jobs in the neighorhood, he could do the job the following day. I asked for a copy of his certificate of insurance, which he quickly sent via email. The following day a crew member called to let us know when they were coming. They arrived, set up, and started working quickly, efficiently, and steadily. In addition to the contracted work, they cut some branches that were threatening the garage roof and fixed some damage from the branches--without charge. They were easy to communicate with. When they finished, they cleaned up and did a "walk-around" to show us the work. Everything looked like it had been done as agreed. We were very pleased with Tim's assessment of the problems and explanation of what needed to be done, including what was repairs and what was preventive maintenance. We were also pleased with the efficiency and quality of the work. We'll definitely use this company again if needed, and we definitely recommend them. I have great respect for people who can do such good work while up on ladders and roofs on a cold windy day.

The crew arrived promptly to the appointment. They called before they got there. The crew began cleaning the gutters right away, while their leader viewed my concerns and began an inspection of my entire gutter and downspout systems on both the house and garage to see if there were any things I did not know about which needed attention. He outlined what he thought needed to be repaired and replaced, and when I had approved the job, began immediately on the repairs and replacements. Everyone was pleasant, everyone worked very effeciently. They did quite well at cleaning up after they finished. I would recommend this company.

Gutters needed cleaning badly and we found this service listed at the top on Angie's List for our area. They gave us an estimate and set up a day and time to start work during that day, but did not arrive until the evening. The gentleman who took our reservation on the phone was professional and thorough. The young man who led the team of workers needed to be coaxed to give information and details on the work performed. The work itself was good, but communication from the crew was lacking, and there were no language barriers evident. Instead, it seemed to be a factor of the individual's attitude. Otherwise, great service!

The experience was quick and painless. I called Guaranteed Gutters and the guys came out to see the house while I was at work. They took pictures of the house and explained the plan of where they would move the gutters. We schedule a date for them to complete the project and everything was done quickly and correctly. Tim (the owner) actually emailed a few days later after some heavy rainfall to see how the gutters worked in their new location, which was very nice. Overall, we were completely satisfied with the project at the time -- and now, even many months (and rainfalls) later, we are still very pleased.
