They cleaned the gutters and repaired the small repairs needed on the roof and installed covers and extensions. They also capped the odd drains that ran from outside to inside!! (why someone installed those years ago before we bought the house I do not understand.) They cleaned and covered the gutters on the detached garage as well. Finally the trimmed the trees that hung over the roof. Alot of work done in 1 day!! We have not had water in the basement since and there have been some heavy rains.

I can't remember the cost. My experience was good. They were probably the middle of the road because I had a few different estimates. Some were really high and there was one a little lower, but this company seemed a little more reliable so we went with them. The price was reasonable. The quality was good.

I've called Guaranteed Gutters for years. We get a lot of leaves in our gutters ,Guaranteed Gutters removes every bit of refuse and cleans the side walk and lawn .My hat goes off to a great team .

They were very easy to work with, much more responsive than other gutter repair companies and much more willing to put in the time in what was a relatively small job. A lot of other gutter companies whined about the job "not being worth the trip" but Guaranteed Gutters was enthusiastic to get the work.

Had a leak into our middle level in January but nothing since then. Thought it could be a roof leak or caused by an ice dam from the gutters. We had a roofing contractor out who from the ground didn't notice any visible issues on roof but saws some leaks on the gutter and suggested having gutter leaks repaired and gutters cleaned. Called Tim the owner and got a call back later that day. He said he could be out the next week to look at the gutters but it depended on the weather. He called the morning he was planning to come out to check if we were free. Went up to the roof-we have a 3 story house-to look at gutters and evaluate the condition. He took pictures with a digital camera to show what the problems were. He also cleared up a clog on one gutter which was causing water to drip over the side. After coming down and showing me pictures of issues with the gutters-a dent in one area, an area in a catch basin that needed to be sealed and then gutters on both sides of the house needed to be cleaned. He also said that a portion of the roof which was flat had some separation and cracks in the tar and said that might be what caused the leak inside the house. He also said that our neighbors tree was brushing against the side of the roof and the gutters and needed to be trimmed back. He quoted $700 to do all above work and said he could come out the next week-this was on a Wednesday. On Saturday morning he called to see if he could start the work immediately. He had seen the forecast for heavy rain and wanted to get the work done in case we had a leak from the rain. I said he could come but it wasn't as urgent because we haven't had any leaks since January. He then called back an hour later to defer the work because it had already started raining-however it was very nice of them to try and rush the work because of the rain forecast. He called the next Tuesday morning to see if his crew could come out in an hour which we were able to accommodate. The crew, Joe and Anthony came out and set up. First trimmed the branches and cleaned up the leaves and branches that fell. They then put the tar on the flat portion of the roof and cleaned out the gutters, bagging all the wet leaves. After they were finished, Joe said there was some standing water and dirt-about 1-2" inches deep in the gutters toward the back 1/3 of the house. He said they typically blow the water out but since we lived in the city, they didn't want to send all the water onto our neighbor's and our siding. I was okay with that. He thought that we might either need to relieve the gutters or install another downspout to drain that portion reliably but he couldn't give a quote on that. Tim, the owner, called back later that day to say that it wasn't a problem and that he sees a lot of gutters where that type of problem exists. He said it didn't need to be fixed unless it was much deeper.

Crew was hardworking, knew their work, was willing to test seals by lifting buckets of water up to the roof. They also put a screen over 1 gutter for no extra charge.
