They did a great job. They were also very respectful of the plants in my garden, and of the air conditioning condensers, which they had to work around.

It went well. Once we got scheduled they came out promptly, did their work thoroughly and cleanly and stuck true to their quoted price.

The company did an excellent job in cleaning and repairing my gutters. I have an old house, built in the 1920's with copper gutters and a clay tile roof. Because of this, another company refused to do the job. Guaranteed Gutters had no problem with the gutters or roof, and was very careful to not damage the roof. They asked about the birds nests, and when I told them that I did not want them harmed, they were careful to preserve the nests. Some of the gutters were very clogged, and they needed to spend considerable time snaking out the downspouts. The gutters are old and some of them needed sealing and reinforcing. My only issue is that it took 3 phone calls over a week to get in touch with them. However, once I talked to the owner, they came out almost immediately, gave me an estimate, and performed the job quickly, neatly and efficiently.

They were very responsive, met with me to discuss what type of gutter I wanted and gave me a fair price. The work was done promptly, quickly and with good quality.

I called to get an estimate for a gutter cleaning, which they said they would complete that week. It has been 3 weeks now and I haven't gotten an estimate, or an explanation of why they never showed. I tried to get in touch with someone at the company but only got a machine. I'm very disappointed b/c I have used them in the past and was impressed with their services

I placed several calls to company to arrange a time for them to come buy our building and give us an estimate on replacing our gutter systems. I was told that they were doing a few jobs in our area, and rather than confirming a time they would call and come by. Since they were going to be in our area for a few weeks there would be plenty of opportunity for them to do so. I made several calls when I did not hear from them. I left town for three days and left a contact number with the company to call when they were near. They never called back to arrange a time.

They came to give me an estimate and then we scheduled a time for the work to be done. They did the work quickly and were flexible with scheduling. They actually threw in one job for free. They were very responsive and professional. They did not try to upsell, they were very honest and trustworthy.

They did very well, and it seems like they did a good job. They got everything cleaned out and things seem to be working very well.

It went well, though due to a rainy April, they had to push back the work schedule.

Great experience overall. Had some scheduling challenges, but worth the wait. Worked directly with Tim over the phone who is very professional and knows what he is doing. Unlike other gutter cleaning services, they took the time to inspect overall health of the gutters, then recommended any required repairs including pictures of any situation. Overall good price and professional quality work. Would definitely hire again.

When it got to be my turn, they came and took down the ceiling that was in danger of collapse. Over a 2 or 3 day period Tim and crew cleaned, sprayed, and applied the Lucas roof membrane. They checked back inside after a few rains to confirm that there was no leaking before re-installing the ceiling in a separate job.

He seemed responsive. He came out right away and looked at the job. He gave me a quote for the job; I felt that the quote could have been a little bit lower, although it was not necessarily high. I spoke to him about that, and he lowered his price a bit. He came out and did the work. I was not here at the time, but he seems to have done a good job. I have had no complications with them at all. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.

Seams on my gutters had been leaking for some time and I had never cleaned or maintained them (have been in my house for 5 years). Called them on a Monday. Tim called me right back; told me a price for cleaning and said he would assess other repair/maintenance needs when he came to clean, and that he would give me a call later in the week to let me know when cleaning would take place. He called Thursday afternoon and offered to come out later that day. No one would be home but he said if I could talk on the phone after he did the assessment that it would be good. He called me on my cell about an hour later, gave me a full run-down on what needed to be done and other work I might consider. He was not pushy at all and took the time to explain the whats and whys for all of the work. When I got home from work, they were close to completing the work. They cleaned things up very nicely, and the next day when it rained heavily, there were no leaks and the gutters were clearly doing what they were supposed to do. I don't believe they are the cheapest out there, but I thought the price was very fair and the service excellent. They were a pleasure to deal with and I will use them again.

Tim and I went around the house and I pointed out specific repairs or replacements needed for the gutters. Tim pointed out problems - he emailed me an estimate, I accepted with a phone call. He and his crew were out and working on the house within a couple of days and they completed the job in 2. Upon completion he and I checked all the work - what ever questions I had he answered without reservation. A week or two later we had a severe wind storm and the gutters held solid.

I sent an email message telling them I need to have the gutters on my home and garage replaced and never heard from them. It would have been nice to at least hear, sorry we are booked solid for the next ### days.

Dealing with GG was a good experience, and the price was right.

The project well very well. Tim Townsend of Guaranteed Gutters inspected the site on 9.24.10, gave us an estimate of $675 and did the work on 9.27.10. The work included: *taking the SW downspout out of tile and running it along the back porch roofline and draining it into the back porch gutter. *changing the standard back porch downspout to an oversized 3x4 inch downspout so that it drains 15 feet into the backyard. *adding a new support on the NW downspout and capped the tile. *sealing four downspout splits and capped off the tiles *sealing the crack on the north side where the steps meet the house to prevent water from getting into the foundation *sealing the crack on the west side of the house by porch stairs to fence door. *filling the crack on the back porch where it meets the house on the north and on the south side of the enclosed back room. All of the work was performed in an extremely professional manner. I selected Tim because among other things, he was extremely knowledgeable about gutters and how to solve my gutter issues. He brought fresh thinking and great solutions. He also uses only the very best products. He even told me which stores he bought supplies from and which stores didn't sell top-notch products. He uses only the best products. He's honest, straight forward and very sincere about his business and his work.

I called on Friday morning, & Tim was there to check the roof & gutters Friday afternoon. He was very thorough, taking pictures & explaining his findings & suggestions. I received an estimate by email the following morning & work was scheduled the next Monday. The 2 men who did the work were also thorough & discussed with me how certain things might be best done. The area was cleaned up well. All the employees I spoke with were pleasant & professional. The only negative aspect of the experience was the odor of the sealant, which was strong for the first 24 hours & still faintly detectable in the upstairs of the house for several days.

Tim was extremely professional and returned all of my phone calls almost immediately. His crew was knowledgeable and left the outside of our house cleaner than it was before! In the future I will only use Guaranteed Gutters, they stand behind their work and deliver superior service.

I received excellent service. A technician came out the same day that I called. He was friendly and professional. Guaranteed Gutter provided the most competitive price. I will continue to use this company annually.

I called to set up an appointment and was told someone would be over within 2 days and I didn't need to be home. 2 days later I received a phone call from someone wanting to take a look at our gutters and did want us to be home. It was good I was there. They didn't have the proper equipment to actually look at my roof but he said he would send a quote based on what he saw. I have not heard back from the owner with a quote and called to follow up. No response. Not very impressed

They are great and I’m having them do the work next week. They guarantee their repair work for three years which none of the other companies did.

They showed up the same day I called. Spent 2+ hours cleaning and checking the gutters. They bagged all of the junk from the gutters, and took it to the trash. They were careful to avoid hurting any plants that were near where they needed to place the ladder. After they finished, they double checked that they had not left any trash and then cleaned the sidewalks not only for my house, but 2 doors in both directions. They checked a few spots where the gutters have damage (from tree deadfall), and made sure to let me know it was just cosmetic. They could fix it, but did not push me at all and even recommended to just keep it as is. They were very professional and friendly. I'd happily use them again.

They were very informative, did what they said they would do, and offered advice and written esitmates for all of the work actually performed, as well as other items that they deemed in need of attention, they were not scrounging for business, but offered real informed guidance for a new home owner, as to what to look for and what options were available to repair them. I would use them again.

I haven’t got their bill yet. The guy cleaned all the leaves out of my gutters and he also called regarding certain small issues that I was having. He took photos of those problems and he will be sending me the quotes for them. He is very nice. He is easy to talk on the phone. His communication was very good. I haven’t had a chance to look at the work yet. I will use him again in the future.
