Although we are waiting for the house to go on the market for the formal inspection, Leon got back to us within the day to answer the many questions I had on buying a home in the Chicago area, since we are not from the area. Leon and his wife were very patient, respectful, knowledgeable and took their time inspecting my house. They were on time, and got the job done around the time they stated they were gonna be done! Reasonable prices for times like this and they were on point with delivering reports within 24-48 hours after inspection.

Leon was a great guy to work with...He did a fantastic job and was very, very thorough. His professional follow up document was very important in the negations with the seller. I also really appreciated his follow up emails with guidance for home warranties, address change requests and other important things to remember! I would definitely recommend Leon!
