The personalization of service was spot on. They did a nice job on following up. The process was a bit of a drag at some point.

I have used the list and written reviews for years. But this is the first time I'll say that I am very suspicious of a provider. I already had doubts about the authenticity of the and quot;reviewand quot; listed here (it was also posted word for word on Yelp). But I was pretty desperate to find an installer for my Nest purchase. I used their website to set up an appointment. I received two confirmations from BookFresh, saying we were on and reiterating my request for a rough estimate. I did not get a response to my request for a rough estimate, but I waited for them to show up and figured we'd take it from there. They didn't show. I waited for 45 minutes and called in. I had a very disjointed service experience with the woman who answered the phone. After a few puzzling exchanges,I asked whether she was a service or worked for them, and she said she worked for them. But she said she had no access to the schedule. She did promise to call the and quot;service guysand quot; to ask why they weren't at my house. I gave my cell number, and that was the last I heard from any of them. It's not just that this is unprofessional behavior, it was, frankly, suspicious. I'm not that suspicious a person, but little red flags went up at several points. There have to be better ways to get a Nest installed than open yourself up to this crew.

I came across Nest products in a few magazines and also on various TV shows. Ironically, both my smoke and CO detectors were no longer working from being old and cheap so I decided to purchase the combined Nest and quot;Protectand quot; Smoke/CO detector. I purchased the product itself from the Nest website although when I buy the Nest thermostat I will purchase both the product and install from Greenfii directly. The Nest website lists numerous companies on its website that it has and quot;trainedand quot; so I started going down the list and checking if they had a company website, an Angie's List account, a Yelp account, etc. The first few companies I found either did not have an Angie's List account, Yelp account, or a professional website. I also called two companies that were on the Nest website that stated they never installed a Nest product so I passed on them as well. Greenfii was the next company on the list. They had a Yelp account with favorable reviews, an Angie's List account, and a website that seemed up-to-date and spoke exclusively about Nest products. I was able to make an appointment online via their website and due to the holidays, the owner (James) actually came out himself to install the product. James was on-time, clean, professional, seemed knowledgeable, and also provided me information on other energy/money saving products without being overbearing/selling. I would definitely recommend Greenfii for such services and will purchase both the product and installation services the next time.
