They came at the time they promised. They did not disturb us a damaged the yard. We had lawn furniture in the yard.

As an experienced technician with more than 25 years in the industry in turf & ornamental, as well as commercial and residential pest management, we were extremely pleased with our first treatment this month. I relocated from Tennessee 6 months ago, so many species here are the same, but also very different. Brian Mason did a phenomenal job on our initial service. He was very thorough, professional, and took his time to ensure a proper treatment, as a pre-emergent treatment is very important. Within 24 hours, we noticed how quickly the dandelions and broadleaf weeds began to "burn" back. I was quite surprised given the milder temperatures here compared to those of the South. After a week, we have noticed the Urea has noticeably darkened our lawn compared to neighbors. We have had many, many compliments!! We look forward to future services and overseeding this Fall. Thanks to everyone in your office, as well as everyone in the field for offering a superior service at an affordable price!!

They did an excellent job in aerating my lawn (about 5000 sq. ft.). The appointment was easy to set up, and the price was reasonable. The only shortcoming was that they did not come out when they said they would. The aeration was set for the first week of April; it was done on May 12, after a few messages and phone calls.

Called back right away and was able to complete the work quickly as backed up as everyone was due to the weather this year.

Would recommend and hire again. They came out and did a great job. Very nice and courteous. Quick and easy to set up. Comms could have been a bit better/more clear re rescheduling, but not a big deal. Thanks!

Hired them to maintain my lawn, fert, aeration, seeding. Specifically discussed my needs for aeration. They charge $300 to aerate and seed half of a yard. We specifically agreed on the rear portion of the yard, because it gets the most use. They showed and did the front. I called Brian to ask why they did the front. He explained that they were in error and that if I wanted the rear now, it would be another $300. I told him that's ridiculous. Then he says, they'd do it for $200... Why would I pay for your error. I told him, that I would discuss it with my wife, if he wanted to send a proposal with explanation, but it still needed to be done. He agreed to send the proposal and they came back out to complete the rear. No proposal ever came, so I assumed they decided to correct their error without charging the customer, as any company should. At the time to schedule the final visit, I get an email with the final invoice, from the reptilian snowflake, Cayman.This was unusual, because the tech would bring the invoice, in exchange for a check. The invoice amount was wrong. I called to find out why the amount was wrong and when they were scheduling me, as it was going late at 3 weeks. The reptilian, began with not knowing when scheduling will happen, then states the amount I owe, would include their error. I disagreed, because of facts, that the error was theirs alone. He states, that I agreed to $200, from a phone call between Brian and myself, that he eavesdropped.& I asked what part of, I would discuss the charge with my wife, was an agreement to pay? The reptilian then stated, that they would show a balance due, that they would credit and that my final visit would not occur... Good riddance! They have poorly trained techs (almost teenagers), their equipment doesn't work. I had the mosquito treatment, done with a fogger. They came one visit and no mosquito treatment. I asked the tech why, and he tells me that they put the mosquito repellent in the herbicide... Why would you put mosquito repellent in a herbicide, when mosquitoes dwell in bushes, trees, under the eaves of the house, etc...After my refusal to pay for service not provided, they came back again, to use the proper product and delivery. Total sheister gymnastics! Will NEVER contact them again...

My yard is the worst on the block and I used professionals. My yard had patches where grass would not grow. I hired Greener Living to help. They applied seeding but I could not tell because nothing grew. They applied a second application. Nothing grew. Meanwhile, they?re still treating my yard with fertilizer, etc. There were weeds growing along my driveway and yard that I had to point out to them. They treated my yard from beginning of spring to now and I see no difference in the health of my lawn. They?re not cheap either. When I bought it to their attention, they revisited my yard and discovered I have a bug infestation and it would cost and got;$300 to treat. Why was not this discovered in the beginning?

I wanted a simple core aeration and fall over seeding. I had a lush yard and every 3 years I do an aeration. First time using this company. After they did the work, there are huge divots in the yard all over. Giant chunks of turf removed. I'm wondering if they were trying to go too fast or something. I've never seen this. Furthermore I didn't even see any seed in those huge patches of grass that were removed. I had to go buy a bag of seed to reseed those areas. It's sad to see but I'm expecting it will take a few years to fix some of this damage to the yard. If by some miracle my yard looks lush again I'll retract my review, but I'm going to have to do some major patch and repair work this fall and next spring.

Hired them to aerate our lawn. They were prompt and did a good job. Would recommend.
