Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I had had a very positive experience with getting a previous remodeler on craigslist, so I reached once more for another one, and found this guy. We are very patient people, but this guy turned what probably should have been a 1 week job into a monthlong marathon. No step came easy ;his lack professionalism and responsiveness are his major downfalls. For example, he would just not show up on certain days, only to text message late on a given evening with one excuse after another (hardly even could you get him to answer the phone.) His work seemed OK, but only a few weeks later, our downstairs neighbor had a water leek in her ceiling, which occurred because the tub drain had not been sealed properly to the tub. Thats bad enough, but to make matters worse, we tried calling and emailing numerous time once the leak was discovered; the best he did over that 3 day period (prior to finally having to hire another plumber) was to send a text message at a very odd time, (midnight one night)
