Grants Appliances Electronics and More's work was very good. they care about the costumer. i would go with them again if we needed more appliances.

Grant's did everything right. Sometimes we are so used to not getting good service elsewhere, and being ignored unless you beg for help, when you walk into a store with great service it seems a bit uncomfortable at first. They have people that actually know about the appliances they sell, they did work to "close the deal" the day I was in there, but I asked for a 24-hour full refund capability for me to shop around more. I went to several other stores, and even shopped online, and couldn't find a similar model stove delivered on my doorstep for the same price I got it for at Grant's. The most shocking thing of all, was their price for delivery- $10. A very agreeable price compared to anyone else in the industry. They do distinguish between installed -vs- delivered, but I only needed delivery. Of course they did unbox the unit and bring it all the way into the old stove's location. They just don't make the connections for $10. They do offer a full service installation for an equally reasonable price. All that said, I'm still not used to getting good service anywhere, so that will take some getting used to, but I will DEFINITELY go back to Grant's for my next appliance need.

The salesman was very helpful and found a refrigerator that fit in the space I had. They explained their products and I found what I needed. The delivery men was there on time and had everything running when they left. It was a good experience.
