 + -1 moreIt went really, really well. I can't imagine anyone else performing any better under these difficult times. The staging made the place look brand new again. His prompt replies to our calls and to setting up appointments was awesome. The website he designed for the condo was unbelievably professional and informative. The flyers and property information were incredible and his prompt service, explanation of the contract terms and his clear explanation of my choices and the pros and cons they offered made the entire process smooth and a positive experience In this down market, we received two offers in the first week and closed within five weeks of putting the home on the market. This exceeded my goals and expectations. I would absolutely recommend Jim Gramata and his team again for any sale or purchase.
Description of Work: Jim's residential real estate team performed the sales and marketing services for my condo in Logan Square. The services included an initial property evaluation and market valuation. Then once his team created the marketing plan and we set the price his services included bringing a home staging designer into the home to help make it 'stand out from the crowd' -and boy did it! He even brought personal items in to make the partially vacant condo look as best as possible. His online syndication marketing was really great and the weekly traffic reports showed me every step of the way what the traffic, interest and even online searches and trends which helped me understand the competition and the market for my home. His mission is to know value, find opportunities, & make deals for me and he lived up to and exceeded those goals. Selling real estate and the high fees associated with a sale are difficult to accept until you see a true professional like Jim get it done in a short time period. A real pro.
