Theses guys are all pro. The technicians are not just plumbers. They understand tankless water heaters better than the engineers that designed them. They replaced the old water heater that failed when the vortex froze the heat exchange and burst. They recognized that the previous plumbers had installed the exhaust that made it susceptible to frozen condensation and corrected it. They also fixed the gas lines that were bottlenecking the supply lines. And they did it in less than 8 hours. So they were not cheap. The unit and supplies were probably about $1000-$1300 so means that the average bill rate was more than $175/hour. But it was installed correctly and has been working without issue for 3 months now. I would highly recommend them for this type of installation without hesitation.

03/18/14 Requested plumber through SnapFix App re: Water leakage in shower. 03/19/14 Plumber visited for purposes of estimate. 03/20/14 Call from company stating first available appointment is 3/25/14....meanwhile, water continues to leak 24/7 03/25/14 Plumber visits and replaces faucet....water does not cease to leak...confounded plumber comes to conclusion that there must be another problem....brilliant...does not proceed to resolve, instead leaves and states that company representative will call the following day to schedule a subsequent appointment....water continues to drip.... 03/26/15 I contact a different plumber who comes to my house same day....leaves to obtain necessary parts....fixes problem. 03/27/15 Company representative from Goode Plumbing contacts me to set up appointment...I tell her to not bother since competent plumber has resolved my water leakage problem. Do not use....

The plumber was exteremly nice - just worked very slowly and it took way longer than expected and since it took long - it was more than I had planned.

I live in a notoriously rule bound condo for renovations. This renovation required alot of paper work, Mike Goode was very prompt with work order, insurance info, etc. There was coordination needed between the vendor installing the shower, and Mike and the vendor worked out all the details among themselves. The date of the work changed a few times, due to condo scheduling of a water riser shut down, Mike Goode took this in stride. I was there the day of the install, and saw that all the plumbing had been replaced with new copper. Two plumbers were there all day. Great communication and coordination, shower works great.

Excellent service. I live in a complex of gated condos, so the plumber tried to park his truck in our driveway but his truck ended up being too large, so the poor guy had to park outside the complex after unloading his tools in the garage. Also, it's trash/recycling day today, so he had to maneuver around their trucks in the small complex too. Nevertheless, Bob was very courteous and did not complain one bit. For winter we had turned off the water outside our garage, and I could not get it to turn back on, so Bob suggested that we could just fill up some buckets of water to flush out the drain. He was very kind, and finished the job quickly. He also recommended a type of drain cover that may help prevent another clog in the future. I would definitely use Goode plumbing again and highly recommend using their services. If I had to be nit picky the only thing to note is that last week when I called to make the appointment, I asked the lady if she was going to call me to confirm as we got closer to the appointment date. She said she would probably call me once the plumber is on the way the day of the appointment, but I did not receive a call. Luckily I had the appointment window noted on my calendar, so I moved my car and got things ready just prior and hoped they were good on their word, which they were! I will definitely use Goode Plumbing again.

I used them 3 different times, they were very professional and courteous. It was a very good experience and I would recommend them.

I have called Mike, the owner, a number of times when seeking contractors. He replaced my water heater and did some repair work on a sewer gate valve in the basement. He clearly displays his talent in the field of plumbing. As Bob was working, he was talking to Don, apparently a new employee, and showing him what I'm sure was taught to him at one point. I was learning as well! I wish this company the best including the efforts on the part of the office staff! They always try to accomodate your urgent needs! Thanks again....

It was fine. They were able to come out fairly quickly after a little mix up with the phone messages left. They were good about trying to keep things clean and they did bring the price down a little bit, which I appreciated. They were earlier than I thought which normally I would think is wonderful, but it was before 8am.

They did a good job. I think they're more expensive than most. I would recommend them but from people who don't care what they would cost.

It was great, Brian was extremely courteous and professional, explained everything he did in great detail. I will definitely call Goode Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs. Also they drive really cute old Volkswagen vans with their logo. It wasn't cheap but I have no idea how much these things are supposed to cost and since I'm incredibly not handy it seemed worthwhile to me.

I love him. I have had my basement flooded three times. The first time, I thought I had a real plumber but I couldn't find him and then the second time I had another plumber and I didn't get that plumber from Angie's List and I still had flooding and the third time after I had flooding, I finally called Goode Plumbing. I chose Goode Plumbing because they had both the plumbers and the people that can work on the sewage line. They gave me an excellent price to put a flood control system upfront. I will be calling them out again this year to do the maintenance again. The pricing was reasonable. They were excellent. I would recommend them. They're my plumber from now on.

The $966 estimate to repair/replace the leaky faucet/shower valve; $675 for the new batch feed garbage disposal; and $365 to install a new kitchen faucet seemed a bit high to us, so we chose not to use Goode Plumbing.

He was very friendly and helpful and explained everything to me very clearly.

Overall very professional interaction and follow up. I would contact them again if I ever was looking for plumbing services.

It was okay. I have two diff experiences. The first one was okay, and they installed my sink. The second, there was an issue, and gave them an additional job, but it wasn't the greatest experience. He told me there was a small leak, and that he could fix it, but gave me an outrageous price. The guy that did the main job, was a nice very, funny, and professional, but overall the prices are very high.

The job went well. There was communication between myself and the appt. scheduler that kept me informed as to when to expect the provider to arrive. As previously stated the line was rodded from inside the basement to the city sewer connection. He kept me informed as he was doing the work and gave me some advice as to how to maintain the work he was doing. At the completion of the job he cleaned up the entire area with sanitizer.

They were clean and efficient and came when they said they were going to come. It was expensive, but I guess that is was things cost.

We had a few nagging plumbing problems that needed repairing: broken flapper in toilet on 2nd floor, leaking kitchen sink and broken pop-up sink stopper. We used Angie's List to find a plumber and came across Goode Plumbing. The company had quite a few reviews and seemed the most favorable of the group of plumbing companies listed. We reached out to the company and Mike Goode responded. We found Mike to be patient, pleasant and professional. He promptly responded to my questions - both email and text - and came out himself to provide the estimate. Mike again was very patient with us in answering other questions/concerns we had about the proposed work. Once we had agreed to move forward with the work, we setup a time with his person at the office - who was also very pleasant and professional. Mike arrived within the time frame given, was respectful in not tracking snow and dirt through our home, and performed the work in less than 2 hours. He even uncovered another small problem with the 2nd floor toilet and took care of it for us. Goode Plumbing makes it to our "You're a Keeper" list! Mike exhibits the kind of attitude all company owners should have - he cares about his customers and wants to make sure the customer is completely satisfied with the services provided. On one of the coldest days in years, I was not optimistic that a company as highly rated as Goode would be able to send someone out for a job that wasn't a burst pipe. When I called, the dispatcher told me she would check in with the plumbers in the field to see if anyone was available. Within thirty minutes, she had called back to let us know Bob would be arriving shortly. When he got to our condo, Bob quickly assessed the situation and said he had worked on a similar problem just the day before. He attempted to melt the ice with hot water and (I think) even sidewalk salt, to no avail. His next option was to remove a small panel of drywall behind the washing machine. Once he did so, the clog seemed to melt fairly quickly. He recommended examining the siding on the exterior wall (yes, the drain pipe is located in an uninsulated exterior wall) for gaps that were allowing cold air in. Overall, he did exactly what we needed. Our laundry/utility room was constructed with what seems to be a fair amount of incompetence, so we're left to bandage the consequences until we can make significant changes. Having a skilled, thoughtful plumber like Bob is important in applying the 'bandages'.

12/30 The owner came out and gave me an estimate for replacing the water heater or for repairing it. As it was 9 years old, I decided to replace it. They did an excellent job and with the model they recommended, my hot water lasts longer even with a lower setting on the water heater. The second part of the project required removing a stackable washer/dryer from a tight space in order to have access to the drain from which a horrible sewer smell was coming. They poured down mineral spirits. When they ultimately secured the unit back into place, it was even even more stable than before and the smell is gone! They responded to all issues and I will use them again for any plumbing problems.

My 2nd floor shower had poor water pressure and took over 10 minutes to warm up. The shower warms up in a minute, is much warmer than before, and has good water pressure. The parts were expensive, so the labor was reasonably priced, but I have no other quotes to compare the price with.

Over the course of the 2 day installation, these plumbers exhibited a level of knowledge, skill, and professionalism that greatly impressed me. Additionally, their work ethic, cleanup after installation, and keeping me in the loop of work progress sealed my confidence in this company. Goode Plumbing gets at least an A+ from me. I will be using them again in the near future.

It went horribly. The plumber showed up and "corrected" the issues. Within an hour of him leaving, all of the issues popped up again. We were given bad advice and he not so subtly hinted that I should tip him. All in all a horrible experience. We contacted the company and to their credit, they were responsive and took steps to right the situation. One week later the problems were fixed (by another one of their plumbers), but the damage to their credibility was already done. We will not use them again.

I located Goode Plumbing via Angie's List and the first time they came out it was for a clogged bathroom sink. Making the appointment was easy and they called before they came to the house. They were very professional, did the job, explained everything they did and why. I was very satisfied. I called them again for a stopped up kitchen sink and although a different person came to the house they were great representatives of the company. Same type of service. Very happy with the results.
