Went great. It was complicated since neither upstairs bathroom had proper hoses or vent parts leading to the roof. They cut holes into ceiling and installed hoses to new holes in the roof. They cleaned up great and overall a good experience.

Very happy with the service provided by Goode Plumbing. For months we we cold water temporarily coming from all of our cold water taps and hot water even filled our toilet. After replacing our hot water heater pump did not fix our problem, Chris and Joe from Goode investigated our shower to find a significant leak which was creating a loop of hot water throughout the condo. It took a while and a couple of service calls to figure out where the problem was coming from, but once the problem was located, it was fixed efficiently and cleanly. Couldn’t be happier to finally have this problem (which confused other plumbers) figured out. All Goode employees I dealt with on the phone and in my home were very friendly, professional and patient in answering my many questions. Pricing was fair as well.

I can't thank this company enough. I called on Friday afternoon and was able to have a repair person arrive in less than an hour. It was crucial because the toilet is needed by a disabled person who has very limited mobility. They are number one on my list from now on.

They charge a $60 inspection fee which would be waived is they are hired, which is fine. I need to have a dripping shower fixed, 2 quotes were provided to me: 1st one was $900 for "4 hours of labor intensive work" to replace the cylinder unit in the valve, 2nd was $2000 of opening the wall and tiles to install a new valve and NOT installing the tiles back. Immediately after he left I looked for a handyman and fixed it the same day in less than 1 hour for $200. If you are desperate enough to use them they rip you off on the labor, if you figure out their game and use someone else, they still make the inspection fee. Worst company ever.

Great! They did fine work and there was no mess to clean up. Things were explain so I could understand. Pictures were taken to show me.

Great performance, good job. I had only wished that they had quoted the estimated cost prior to arriving rather than stating $60 service fee, and if you use them the service fee will be waived. A simple job. I did not like paying nearly $400 dollars to replace a faucet that cost about $70. The job was handle in about 30 minutes. The service was great, but next time I might use YouTube.

I was very happy with all of the work that was completed, and I would use them again. After the work was done I had a small leak at the kitchen sink, and they came right back out, fixed it, and also rodded out the drain for free. Excellent service!

Drew was great. He was extremely professional and explained everything clearly. I was really impressed with the care he took to protect the work area and also to clean up after work was done. Couldn't be more impressed.

We were the last call for the day & we had to wait all day & eventually call the scheduler to find that out. It seems like the scheduler could have done a better job estimating when the techs would arrive at our house. When they arrived, the techs did a good job accessing & running the camera through our very old sewer line. The main tech helped us understand the issues with our system as he was observing them, talked us through a couple of options to address them & sent us written proposals/estimates the next day. However, the written proposals/estimates we received contain very little specification/detail of the scope of work & offer prices that appear significantly higher than the going rate for similar work in our area. Plus, the firm is still having trouble getting us the video file for which we paid $500.

Excellent, I have already recommended to 2 people. One of them already had services completed. I alerted Goode Plumbing of the second person and left positive feedback on their voicemail.

I hired Goode based on their excellent reviews and their price didn't seem out of the range I expected. I was excited to have finally hired a company based on reputation, not price. I may have set my expectations too high. The salesperson quoted me for a cast iron backwater valve with a cover that would sit flush with the floor, and camera and rodding would be included. I called to schedule and Goode was able to come out the following Monday, so far so good. Come Monday, I waited through the 9-11 window I was given with no word. At 12:30 I called and was told that I needed to reschedule. Not 5 minutes later, the service guy called to say he was on his way. I guess this should have been my first warning. The workers show up around 1:30 and then they have to leave again because they forgot the concrete saw. So they finally start work around 2:30. At 4, they knock on my door and say they are leaving for the day and they'll be back tomorrow. I go down to the basement to see the progress and find a hole much deeper than expected and no sign of the sewer pipe, so I call, and they tell me its just a little bit deeper, they didn't get there yet. Day 2: The workers show up early, and now I find out that they didn't take the time to camera so they aren't actually exactly sure of where the sewer is. They'll just have to keep digging. Meanwhile, there's a pile of concrete, clay and mud sitting directly on my floor because they also didn't take the time to put down any tarps. Eventually, they find the sewer, which was not deeper, but about 2 feet over from where they were digging, now there's a 6 ft X 3 ft hole in my floor. Then they come in with this PVC check valve that they allegedly have to use because the sewer is deeper than they thought. I ask if there's a difference in price since 1. PVC is much cheaper than cast iron and 2. they no longer need to build out the access to the cast iron valve for servicing. No difference. So they finish up and shovel the mud off the floor and then I ask if they rodded and the workers look dumbfounded. At this point I'm not going to argue, it's clear they aren't experienced workers. So I get to work scrubbing the mud off the floor for the next 3 days. I called to complain that the workers didn't use tarps and left muddy footprints all over every square inch of my basement floor, back patio, front sidewalk. I was told someone would contact me so I waited to complain about the fact that they didn't camera or rod. No one ever called me back. Now my husband has concerns that the work was even done correctly. I guess we'll just have to wait until we get our yearly flood to find out. Upon seeing my review, Goode Plumbing reached out right away to schedule an appointment to go over what went wrong. The owner, Mike, came out to discuss my issues and offered his most sincere apology along with a few options for how to make things right. I do feel like the service I received was not representative of how Goode operates normally, we all get lemons once an awhile. It was unfortunate that I had a bad experience but Goode did everything they possibly could to make it right. Mike Goode truly cares about his company and his customers. Based on that, I would consider hiring them again in the future.

I agreed to having my grease 87 y/o trap pulled out and only piping to main line. The job was done well, I have had no problems since, the crew was nice and clean. The problem came in that it took FOUR visits for what would have been one all day job due to poor communication in the office and for this, I had to give a lower grade. I work swing shifts so my daytime hours are at a premium. Issues were addressed immediately when I called. I was offered a satisfactory discount for these issues.

With six inches of rain in a 24 hour period, our sump pump failed and our finished basement flooded. The installer Mikey was great. The cost, in hindsight, was anything but great. My total cost was $4591.00, "member pricing" which I earned by spending an addl $520.00 on a two-year membership / maintenance plan. So, altogether, I was $5111.00 out of pocket. Goode, like many home contractors, is opaque in their pricing. There is no breakdown, no component parts. And clearly, here is why: Mikey installed an ION Genesis sump pump, and an ION Storm Pro 35ACI Deluxe battery backup system. Searching Google, you can find those for as low as $1299.99 sold together (not including battery). Adding a few hundred for a battery means that I paid around $3k for labor, which feels excessive, to say the least. Disappointing, and a lesson learned.

Goode Plumbing was exceptional! They came out next day and explained the cause and solution to my issue. They even sent a scope through the line to show me where the obstruction was located. I will definitely use Goode again. Drew from Goode Plumbing really helped me out with a huge problem, and I can't thank them enough!

After torrential rains, we ended up with some water in the basement. Goode came out quickly -- same day that I called -- and Drew rodded out the sewer line. This helped some, but after video review of the sewer line, before and after , the real issue was revealed to be an abundance of silt collecting in low spots , something that no amount of rodding was going to cure. Rodding just stirs it up, the silt resettles and the drain line ends up constricted. Drew suggested hydro-jetting the line, and pumping excess silt out of the catch basin. This sounded like a good plan and Drew was able to line up all the pieces -- the jet and pump trucks, the crews, etc - for the next morning -- Saturday, even though the office initially said it would have to wait until Monday. Saturday first thing, the guys were back and we got it all done. A good thing too, since another torrential downpour occurred on Sunday !! Though the streets looked like we would need an Ark, our basement did not flood. The cleaned out sewer line flowed like a champ and did not back up. I commend Drew for making the extra effort to expedite getting the work done. Many thanks!

There are a lot of ways a tub can fail and leak water, especially if the installation is sketchy or if there are questions about the caulking. Despite low visibility, a poor installation job and general ambiguity around the leak, Goode did a great job of communicating where they thought the issue was occurring. Goode provided an immediate solution (re-applying caulk around the tub), as well as a long term solution (replace the tub with a shower base), to be carried out at a later date. The full solution included the installation of the shower base, disconnecting an unsafe outlet the tub was utilizing (pump), replacing the drain trap and capping off the lingering tub spigot. Goode did a great job of identifying any outliers that might cause issues in the future and addressed them with long term solutions. Goode's installation has ensured a fault-free environment for the contractor to continue the renovation work and I feel good knowing the contractor won't run into any plumbing or spacing issues. I'll be hiring Goode for all future plumbing needs.

Repair went great. Brian explained what was wrong with the toilet, what caused the issue, and provide a quote. He picked up the part fixed the toilet and showed us how everything was working. He also answered all our other plumbing questions that we had. Highly recommended!

Goode really took care of us getting our sewer opened up when we when into the stay-at-home order! They worked very hard, respected the pricing they gave us, and got us up and running! Thanks for the great job!

Goode was the first company of 3 contacted through Angies List to respond. They set an appointment time and date, and showed up promptly. The tradesmen were polite, clean, and efficient. They quoted fair price, and there were no surprises. They explained what they would be doing, and why. They wores masks, due to the CoVid 19 pandemic, and even left behind complimentary hand sanitizer. I will recommend Goode to anyone,
