Brian did an excellent job. He was very professional. He explained to me everything he found and the different ways to fix it. He was detailed oriented and took time to do things right without cutting corners.

I would definitely hire again and again and again! Drew was our assigned plumber and he was extremely knowledgeable and trust-worthy! I hired another company about 2 months ago and they rodded out the kitchen sink. They said that the garbage disposal was the issue and needed to come out. So I bought a garbage disposal and hired Goode to install. Drew said it wasn't the garbage disposal and that the old one just needed to be tightened. Boom he was done in like 5 minutes. Carrie (or Keri? spelling) who works the office is incredibly professional! She let me know that Drew was going to be early and accommodated us as best she could! I couldn't ask for a better experience and plumber! It would have cost more to do a garbage disposal install but Drew saw what "really" needed to be done.

Very well. Brian was very thorough. He identified all areas for improvement as well as the source of my water meter continuously running. He was able to fix the problems right there and gave me estimates for future work but in no way tried to sell that work.

I was traveling when my neighbor contacted me and emailed Goode. When I explained I could not call for an appointment until I got home, the worked with me by email to set one up, which I appreciated. On the day of the appointment, Mike T. arrived a few minutes early and got right to work checking the sink. He explained what he was looking for and at as he checked for leaks. After determining the work needed, Mike T. told me how much it would cost and that he either had the parts in the truck or at the shop, 5 minutes away. Sure enough, he had the parts and the work all within a couple hours of diagnosis. Goode Plumbing and Mike T. were such a pleasure to work with that I asked him about replacing the kitchen faucet. Mike called back form the shop and gave me a couple of options and pricing. When I'm ready to get a new faucet, I'll call Goode Plumbing.

The plumber was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the various options and issues very well. He worked diligently all day to do the replacement which was somewhat tricky because of the space the heater needed to fit into. He also did a great cleanup after al long day.

I called and made an appointment with Goode. Had about a week turnaround time. They recommended purchasing some possible replacement parts prior to the service call which I did through Amazon for app. $30. Mike the plumber arrived - on time, even a little early. He diagnosed the issue and determined that I did not need the replacement parts, rather the toilet needed to be augered (aka "snaked") and this saved me several hundred dollars for which I am grateful. They also took the 10% off coupon from Angie's List

They cleared the clog, made sure it was running clearly and replaced the elbow.

Mike D from Goode was out The next morning addressing the issue. I have a 75 gallon water heater that he had replaced before 3pm with an assist from another tech named DeValle. Both were total pros and the work was done quickly. Top notch quality all around. It was probably a little more expensive than some others but I don't mind paying up a little knowing the work was done properly. Would highly recommend.

I am beyond pleased. They managed to reroute some of the digging so as not to ruin a ceramic floor. They also discovered my water heater was installed incorrectly and carbon monoxide was leaking into living area. I can't recommend Mike T and the Goode team high enough. This is the second really big job Goode has done here.

Representative did thorough review of building's water pipes. He reviewed findings and showed me where issues were within our system. He reviewed need to get City involved before we could begin work since we needed to shut off water source and the B box location was not evident.

It went great. The problem was much more than the garbage grinder and the plumber--who was a great guy, very forthright and educational about what was needed and what was going on--was here for several hours.

Excellent! Craig was our technician today and he was great! He had such a great attitude and was very patient in clearly explaining his approach to our problem. His work was incredibly neat and our plumbing looks, smells, and sounds a thousand times better! The total also ended up being LESS than his initial estimate. Our Reno plumbing sub did a sloppy job which led to leak. Brought in Goode and was pleased by knowledge & professionalism. However a 1.5 hour job cost us more than $300 which seemed very high. Was told pricing done on template basis instead of time.

I had a backed up kitchen drain line that ended up being a tricky job to get done--I ended up needing both Mike D and Brian from Goode Plumbing to prevail. Nothing but a positive experience. Both were fantastic professionals; clearly knew their stuff and did not hesitate to explain everything they were doing, were very courteous, triple-checked their work, and cleaned up nicely after the job was done. I ended up getting my money's worth (this job took a while). I wouldn't hesitate to hire Goode again in a heart beat!

Mike was incredibly thorough and informative in his inspection. He gave us several tips to prevent future plumbing problems and clearly explained a couple of minor repairs we could do ourselves. He was very knowledgeable and was patient in explaining everything to these first time homeowners!

My basement toilet was not flushing well. It was fixed properly. They also helped to adjust the water pressure for my house too, for free!
