We do our absolute best to do a fantastic job every time. On the rare occasion that we do fall short, I will be the first to admit it and will bend over backwards to make things right. We truly want to make everyone completely satisfied with their experience with us. However, I have to disagree with this review. You rated us an F in every category, despite us having never been out to your home. How can one rate us an F in Quality, when no work was performed? How can you rate us an F on price, when you never received a price? Same with the other categories. You rated us an F in punctuality, when no appointment was made, and F in responsiveness, even though we responded immediately to your inquiry. This simply does not make sense. We did not give you a price over the phone because we ARE professionals. We cannot see the job from our office. There are far too many variables that can affect price. For example, what condition is the plumbing in that is under the sink? We cannot determine that from here. While we are there, we always check out the condition of the surrounding plumbing to make sure it is in good order-do the emergency shut off valves under the sink work, are the connections to the faucet tight, does the dishwasher drain hose have the proper high loop routing, etc. All too often, companies give a low price to get a foot in the door, and either raise it on the client once they get there, or are held to that price and therefore often take shortcuts in order to honor that low price. We, as professionals, do not do that. We come out, make an accurate evaluation of the task at hand and anything else that we might see, and present things to you with a real, honest quote. If we see things that might be an issue beyond that, we point those out so that you are aware of them. I hope that your plumbing needs are met by whoever you did choose to hire, but if not, please let me know and we would be happy to come out and give you an honest assessment and quote.
