Could not have gone better, these guys are the ultimate in customer service and diagnosing problems! I've used them once before and after this second visit, will never use another plumber. Left message on answering service around noon on Thanksgiving day and owner called within minutes. He had me take a photo and send it to him. He called back immediately and tried to walk me through an option to self-repair to save me an emergency visit, but it didn't work. He then took my address and told me he'd call me back with details about scheduling a service for that day. Turns out he was en route to his Thanksgiving celebration and I was nearby so he detoured and came personally. He was able to jury rig a quick fix to get us through the holiday and made replacement recommendations - it was a 15 year old Home Depot low end faucet, so I feel pretty good that we got the full life out of the faucet. They then came back and installed the new faucet. These guys are the very best and the epitome of outstanding customer service - highly, highly recommend!

The basic problem was simple, yes, but the technician also suggested some bigger repairs due to the age of the toilets. But the price was prohibitive.

He was prompt and efficient, solved the problem, and explained the solution to us very thoroughly.

Ultimately no services were required, an easy piece needed to be replaced... Although I was quoted to complete replace the entire kitchen sink.

The inspection work was done by an extremely professional Goode employee. He was timely, very courteous and thoughtful and I trusted his judgement (He agreed my pump was indeed dead!) for replacement parts and next steps. The recommendations made sense, were not designed to gouge but solely resolve the trouble at hand ... the drain was draining but the pump wasn't pumping. Easy stuff. The parts were ordered and an install was scheduled and again ... the Goode employee (same one) was timely, professional and extremely diligent. Not only did he install the new replacement pump BUT he left the drain, the surrounding pipes and wires ... and the fixtures and fittings in much better shape than when he arrived. (He scrubbed the pump lid, cleaned the pipes, zip-tied the wires and vacuumed cobwebs and other 'corner of basement' unwanted stuff. The pump is working ... and I'm very happy. LASTLY - the proactiveness and professionalism of the Goode office is ALSO highly commendable. They followed through on questions on billing item and I couldn't be more impressed by their desire to provide service excellence. Thanks!!!

Great job, expedited service which was great since the water to the entire building had to be turned off due to no local turn off valve. Jake installed local turn off valves while he was at it.

He assesed the problem and told me what needed to be done. He also gave me a price at theat point in which I agreed to . He was very quiet . He fixed the problem and cleaned up after him self.

They had to break up basement floor and take out old pipe and replace with new. The job got bigger and more floor torn up. When they replaced the pipe. we never saw the old one removed and the new one was covered with stone and concreted, so we never saw that either. And oh by the way "we are not carpenters" so the plywood on the basement floor was left unfinished and I had to get someone to put that down. This was not explained before the job.

Goode is excellent. The board of directors in this condo is horrible. Work cannot be completed due to the board.

They're excellent. They're professionalism and how they take care of stuff, their responsiveness. I have been dealing with them for a long time. I am a repeat customer because I like how they do stuff.

Super honest company and won't do something without asking first. Always tells you what they would do. We have other companies come out and then had to Call Goode to come fix their work. Will always use them for plumbing services!

The workmanship is great and everything is working fine. We feel secure in the knowledge that Goode stands behind their work. We will have them back to do more work as we renovate our 100 year old house.

The owner of the company has great customer relationship skills and policy. The issue I had with Goode Plumbing on 9/11/17 were resolved in less than 24hrs. The service repair man charged me for a repair that was not corrected, he told me he attempted to open the drain with an auger but was unsuccessful and that he didn't notice the trap under the vanity until after he tried with the auger. He indicate that to move the vanity to get to the trap would be an additional charge and he recommended that I have a new trap installed but I would have to schedule another appointment. Mike called me early morning 9/12/17 to discuss what had transpired with the service call on 8/11/17, he indicated that he wanted to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Mike had his secretary call me to set up an appointment for the plumber to return later that afternoon to resolve plumbing issues. The plumber retuned at scheduled time and did necessary repairs for tub drainage problem, he completed the task in less than ninety minutes . Mike called back later to see if my plumbing problem had been corrected to my satisfaction and it had. Mike represents his company well and makes sure his employees takes care of there customers.

Ron and Garen did a great job. Ron came last week to give me an estimate. He took plenty of time to explain all options. Today Ron and Garen installed the drip pan. They had to remove part of the baseboard and the hvac vent to access the pipes. They drilled a hole in the floor to install the pan and piping required for the drip pan for under the laundry unit. They cleaned everything up and did an expert job so that you can hardly tell any work was done. The new laundry unit arrived and they made the necessary adjustments to make sure all was in place. I am very grateful for their expertise and fine work today.

Found out it was the HVAC not something else. Was told to call person who installed my HVAC as it was new.

Extremely well. It took awhile to trouble shoot but Mike T persisted and cleared the line. Needed to replace two broken pipes and p/traps.

Brian came out and he was excellent. I would highly recommend them. Brian was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable.

Excellent, from the responsiveness of the operator in setting the appointment the next day, to the plumber, Dan, arriving on time and doing quality work. I would definitely contact Goode again, asking for Dan, for any of my plumbing needs.

Mike Tague came and opened the ceiling and traced the source of the leak to the bathroom above. He was great at explaining everything and helped me get set up with the services necessary to repair the water damage, and fixed a leaky sink and installed a new garbage disposal while he was here.

The person was going to charge me ~$400 for the work and when I have had this done by my plumber, he charges $65 per hour. After mentioning that average price is $110 - $400 that I got from Angie's List tool, he brought the price down and with AL discount it was $287. He was there for 20 minutes and it was a routine rodding, so paying $110-$150 would have been fine. Their pricing is not good, so will not use them in the future for plumbing. Still keeping them as my hot water heater maintenance since I have the warranty withi them.
