Regarding the price, I do realize that services can cost more than anticipated sometimes (our policy is to give pricing up front before the work is started to try to remove any surprise at the end!)-I am always a bit in shock when we bring one of our vans in for service, for example-but if you were to compare us to other companies, I am confident you would find our pricing to be "A" worthy.

Description of Work: Needed to trace and fix a leak from one of the units in our 5- unit condo building. Very professional, responsible, communicative as to what was happening in a very complex problem. Not the cheapest but water issues are far too important to go cheap on.

Description of Work: My bathtub was draining very slowly. Goode Plumbing came out and rodded the drain. The plumber had to rod it two times to really clear the line out. It drains perfectly now. Also my shower diverter had for at least a year if not two, been VERY hard to pull up to activate the shower and just as hard to push down to stop the shower. They replaced that fitting and now it works "like butter" :-). The plumber was extremely professional, nice and explained everything. From initial contact on here (Mike emailed me back almost immediately), to scheduling with the woman in the office, all of it was very easy and professional. I would definitely use Goode again, though I hope I don't have a reason to.

Description of Work: Two recent assignments. Goode first replaced a garbage disposal. Since they did not have the one I ordered in stock on the scheduled installation date, they installed a better quality disposal at the same price. Secondly, a leak in the bathroom sink proved to be a simple fix and a minimal charge. In and out by the earliest time in their promised "window" for arrival.

Description of Work: Punctual, professional, provided me with different options as to what could be done both short term and long term. Laundry tub was not draining well and one of the two kitchen sinks had the same issue. He fixed the problem well for now, recognizing that a longer term solution may ultimately be necessary for the kitchen sink, but I chose not to do so. All in all a very positive experience.

We sent Brian over to this member's home to install a new Bradford White water heater, which is a great quality unit, made in the USA and backed by our six year parts AND LABOR warranty. We take their already excellent product and make it even better by adding our full port drain valve for more complete sediment removal during servicing and brass water connections to help prevent corrosion. Description of Work: We have a home with 1.5 baths and the shower faucet was not working. They not only came when requested, they called and said when they would be coming and then came back the next day as well. The repairman even gave me his cell phone in case I had problems or questions as I was alone in the home as my husband travels. I would use them again without thinking twice they are amazing!!!! The expense was due to having to replace a difficult to locate part! They were super!!!!

Description of Work: The serviceman could not have been more helpful, resourceful and polite. He was working with an old sink that was not easy to find parts but he went to find them at the only place in town that carries them and did everything possible to address the situation. He stayed until he had the job done. And didn't charge me a fortune, which he could have. Awesome guy/company and I highly recommend!!

We did recommend replacing the faucet with a new one (like many things in life, many newer products are not meant to be repaired, but replaced-we work on both vintage and recent plumbing fixtures, and find the older items, while perhaps not as precise or efficient, were built to last decades and be repaired when they have issues). I've found my plumber.
Description of Work: after a number of my own failed attempts at snaking a clogged toilet, they responded within an hour of my call, successfully unclogged the toilet. He then offered to replace the flapper (the toilet has been running for weeks) for free, went down to his van, and upon realizing he didn't have the right part on hand, drove to the store to pick one up. Keep in mind, this is the thing he's throwing in for free. He even came back with a couple rolls of toilet paper.

This Member called with a pretty dire situation-he returned from an out of town trip to find that his cleaning person left his toilet completely clogged. On top of that, she left him without so much as a single square of toilet paper. We were able to get him in soon after his late afternoon call for help. The unclogging went quickly, and since we had to charge him a minimum, we offered to replace his worn out flapper at no cost. We discovered that we were out of that particular flapper, so we made a trip to the hardware store for the replacement, and also picked up a couple of rolls of toilet paper for him. We truly do appreciate the service call and the review!

Brian removed the old water heater and installed a new Bradford White unit, which is made in the USA. We cover these with a 6 year parts AND LABOR warranty, upgrade the drain valve, and use brass fittings on the inlet and outlet connections to help reduce or eliminate corrosion at those joints.
