David from Goode plumbing was prompt and professional. He assessed the situation (the water had stopped at that point) and determined that for the small amount of water I witnessed he was not comfortable cutting into the drywall. He said that even after that, he may not be able to determine the source since it was not currently leaking. He walked me through various scenarios and ultimately recommended another provider that has technology to detect water behind a wall before cutting into it. This was all part of a free estimate. I will definitely be going back to Goode for future plumbing needs.

Would recommended to family and friends their services. Installed 3 new Toto toilets. Installed a new 1/4 turn emergency shut off valve for a toilet. Includes a hard drawn supply line from the new shut off to the toilet fill valve. Replace all material in standard gravity tank. Fill valve, flapper, flush valve, handle, and tank to bowl kit with material stocked by Goode plumbing.

It went great! Great people from scheduling to job completion, true professionals. Tony and Tino were prompt, friendly, skilled and told me other information to extend the life of my plumbing.

There were some issues with the first guy who came out from Goode, but then Mike stepped in and took care of the situation - beautifully. Mike Goode is committed to a job well done. His work and customer service are exemplary. Our drains are now in fabulous shape. I was so impressed with his level of care.

I called Goode Plumbing today (Sunday) because we had water coming in around the injector pump in the basement. There was water backing up in the toilet and I wanted it looked at right away. My experience with Goode Plumbing was highly professional from the phone call to the service line at 6:30 AM (the owner answered the phone, even though it was outside the usual time they take calls). I explained the situation, asked if the company serviced my area (he assured me they did), and he let me know that someone would return my call between 8:00 and 8:30. At 8:20 AM I received a call from Sam, who was courteous and professional. I explained the issue, and he said he could have someone out today. He told me who would be coming (Ronnie) and approximately what time (between 12 and 2:00PM). Sam explained that Ronnie had a job before mine, so the exact wasn't known. Ronnie arrived before noon, which I appreciated. He had the company name and his name on his shirt so I knew exactly who was at my door. From the moment he came in, Ronnie was courteous and professional. He checked everything out, and then thoroughly explained the problem and what he was going to do. He also told me the cost upfront. Ronnie is extremely knowledgeable, explaining the what the injector pump needed to do and why the malfunctioning occurred. I have been in my house for over 30 years, and I can say that Ronnie is one of the best plumbers I have worked with. The issue was fixed and things are working. I would definitely work with Good Plumbing in the future and highly recommend this company.

Called on a Sunday morning after a leak was found. Phone help was available immediately and a technician called me within 5 minutes then arrived within 20 minutes. They do not have any unique emergency fees for weekends. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient with diagnosing the problem. Used tablet to openly explain pricing options for replacement, not pushy or demanding at all. After our replacement option was selected, he communicated with his distributors to obtain the new Tankless water heater. He immediately went to pick up the new water heater then began removal of old hot water tank and installation of the new tankless water heater. Minor re-routing of plumbing and gas lines to accommodate the new fittings. Inspected and tested the system completely, along with a thorough explanation of how it works. Total visit from arrival onsite until completion was 6 hours. Professional, efficient, and accommodating throughout the entire visit.

Jake was my plumber that was sent out. He was extra early as the office had changed by appointment and forgot to tell him. He very helpful in explaining what had to be done and what he had to do to fix the problem. Jake was very polite even when I told him he didn't have to put booties on, and when he was fixing the over flow on my tub, I have him paper towels and put the paper in his pocket rather than putting it in the sink until later. I highly would recommend them again. I had used them a long time ago and was extremely happy with their professionalism and knowledge in fixing what the problem was back then.

On Sunday 7-15-18 I requested a quote for pin hole leak in water pipe + check j-trap in kitchen. Mike Goode called me same day and discussed repairs plus I sent him photos of leak. He said he can send somebody out that week but there would be a $60.00 fee for coming out. I questioned the fee and said I would have to think about it. He then came back and said they would waive the fee and I wouldn't have to pay anything for the visit. On that basis I agreed to the visit. Well, the technician came out on the 17th on time. Discussed potential repairs with me. He wanted to charge me $264.00 to replace a J-trap which I have done many times; 15 minute job tops. Said something about they use 17 gauge steel? Upon leaving he asked for the $60.00 fee which I mentioned that Mike Goode said he would waive. Gave him a check just to get rid of him, thinking that they wouldn't cash it because of what Mike Goode told me. They cashed it! Here I am a 67 year old retiree living on a fixed income and I'm paying Goode Plumbing to generate business for them! Does not sound right! Other two plumbing companies that came out didn't charge anything. I feel scammed. Jesse Berlanga

Great experience! Goode was one of the only places in town to even take on the job of a tankless water heater. I called and the dispatcher was very polite, professional, and informative. They kept me up to date via text message so I never had to wonder when the technician was coming. The technician (Jake) arrived in the established window I was impressed by his professionalism. After describing the issue (our tankless water heater would fault out and we would randomly not get hot water), he trouble shot the issue for about 45 minutes, and to our luck, everything was running without issue. He charged me a lot less than I thought for the visit. Jake followed up with me to see how it was going, let me know he researched the problem and was going to work with his manager to figure out a fair price to solve the issue. I WAS BLOWN AWAY! He let me know later that night of the price and it was very reasonable. Jake came to the house, worked his magic and solved our problem! I can't speak highly enough about this company and Jake's services! A+++. Customer for life!

The technician did a thorough job. I was impressed that he came out from such a long distance. He explained all details and we discussed options. I felt that it was a little pricey but considering all factors was truly satisfied and would definitely use them again

Goode plumbing always shows up and does an excellent job. Today, my entire master bathroom was leaking into my dining room. They showed up within hours and did an amazing, fair job. Joe and Tony talked me through every step, found all the problems, and gave me the best price. They also got someone to come by to deal with the water issues in the dining room.

I called Goode because of their good reviews. I called at 10pm for clogged kitchen sink, the on call person told me they would check the schedule in the morning and get back to me, this was an apartment unit and water usage upstairs was backing up into our unit. I called back at 7:20 they asked if I was a new caller I said yes, they said they were booked out for a week and can put me on a wait list. Not really sure how this qualifies as emergency service. I wasted hours waiting for their call expecting service next day. They should have told me at first contact they would not get to me for a week.

It went well. They arrived on time and completed the work as expected.

It went very good. Fritz not only cleaned up and sorted out the earlier issues, he gave me great advice to keep some of my older bathroom fixtures working well. He also helped me get a slow flushing toilet back to running perfectly. That was above and beyond the scope of work but was very much appreciated. I have always had great experiences with Goode plumbing. They stand by their work and get the job done right. I also want to say that their customer service and the way they present themselves to the customer is always top- shelf. They are always personable and explain things very well. Hats of to the management of Goode Plumbing. They do a great job of hiring and training their employees. Thank you Goode.

It went GREAT! Jake from Goode, was prompt; he unclogged the drain and I learned something in the process; he fixed the leaks, then when there was a problem with the sink sprayer Jake happened to have a washer which fixed the leak from the sprayer rotation ball. Jake was friendly, new what he was doing and was a good conversationalist. It made my day.
