Estimate 13547052 Job 13547412 Estimate Date 12/3/2019 I purchased a Navien high efficiency gas water heater on December 3, 2019 A general sales person handled the sale The water heater was installed on December 4, 2019
I paid in full Goode took away my formerly installed, working water heater with my permission The installer returned in January/February 2020 for an adjustment to the pipes I had a home report done this year—2021— and discovered that my Navien water heater had unsafe venting and there was one other safety issue involving a drain I contacted Navien and they confirmed these issues needed to be corrected I contacted Goode in October and a technician came by and read the home report and Navien letter The next week a Goode Navien trained rep came by and looked at the venting and other issues and said I would receive a diagram of the altered venting I received this two weeks later I showed it to my association contact and he asked me to request a sketch of how the outside of my house would look after the alteration He told me the association would not accept this change to the outside of my house and that he was extremely concerned that a contractor would install a high efficiency water heater next to a high efficiency furnace and vent it out of the same wall . I have never talked to Goode management or received any communication from them It has been six weeks since I initially contacted them about the gas water heater Jacqueline

Great experience with everyone I dealt with from Goode; Amanda was friendly, kind, and efficient when setting up the appointment, Jonathan and Ken were amazing in helping us get a stubborn clog undone and helping us with an unexpected gas leak and repaired it. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful in helping us navigate the ever evolving day. They have definitely earned themselves a lifelong customer with us as we will be using the for any other issues we experience as first time home buyers
