Mr. Hudson was prompt in all communications. He walked through the building with me, allowing to me share my vision of what I wanted done. He provided a written estimate via email and was able to get me scheduled quickly. Day of service, Mr. Hudson arrived with DeAndre (sp) outlined what needed to be done and DeAndre got to work. It ended up being a two day job and the interior common area took most of the day. I contacted Mr. Hudson when I realized the back of the building had not been completed and he was extremely prompt in arranging to have the work finished.
Description of Work: I recently acquired a six unit building. The common areas (exterior and interior) required a very through cleaning. This included carpet and floor cleaning, windows and banisters.

Good Steward Janitorial not only provides professional, timely service, but its employees are kind, considerate, hardworking people. I highly recommend Mr. Hudson and his team.
Description of Work: Good Steward Janitorial provides cleaning service for the common areas of our condominium, as well as light cleaning in the front and back yards. Service includes vacuuming, trash pickup, dusting, windows and changing light bulbs.
