Mr. Gonzalez does outstanding work!!!!! I highly recommend him, and I will be using him in future home remodeling and improvement projects. He is very professional, upfront, and honest.

Things started out nicely until he got the retainer fee; his personality changed completely, and he started to delay the project. My project was a small one, that is why he did not give too much importance to my project. He was not professional. And when I complained about it he said he would refund the retainers fee. I have not received the retainers fee as of yet.

Overall the porch that Jesse installed seems sturdy and ok. However, I had a rail that was attached to the lower part of the porch, ascending to the basement entrance. It was not replaced or reattached as before. I recognized and bought this to Jesses attention. He claimed that he did not notice there was a rail there, and asked me to send pictures. Per his request, I sent pictures that revealed a nail in the place where the previous rail was. He gave me a future date that he would come and re-attach a wood rail. Jesse did not come on the expected date, nor did he call to reschedule, and when I spoke to him again he seemed to say he will not be I am my area for another 2 weeks or so. It has been more than 2 weeks and he still has come to replace the rail, nor has he communicated a resolution to fix the issue. In my opinion, the end result and style of communication is and were very unprofessional.

Gonzalez and his crew did a fantastic job with my kitchen remodel, installing vinyl flooring in my living room and other small upgrades. In addition he advised me to go with gray cabinetry which Im so happy I listened because it turned out exceptionally beautiful. I was a little impatient because I expected a fast start and finish but at the end of day, I know Gonzales is serious about the quality of his work which is what I appreciate most. Overall, no complaints. Job done well!

He thinks that I understand that he does not have to pay taxes.
