+ -1 moreHis prices are very reasonable. He is very good at explaining how the machines work and I like to be educated about those things. He takes the long view, informs me what I need to do on a yearly basis and also gives me a heads up on when he thinks the unit may need to be replaced. He had serviced our furnaces, water heaters and air conditioners.
Description of Work: They completed the yearly maintenince on the four furnaces in my four units.

+ -1 moreHe's a problem solver. I think he can probably to anything. He worked really h****** evening out the boiler system and it took a few days to perfect. He is very fair in his pricing.
Description of Work: He worked on a central A/C and heating unit for a four unit buildnig. He also worked on another building that has a boiler system and he got the heat evened out.
