+ -1 moreAwful, as stated above. Perhaps they are out of business, I don't know. All I know is that I can only give them an F review based on their nonresponsiveness.
Description of Work: I received a referral from a very close friend of ours who does contracting work for us. Glenbrook Glass did some work for him. I started calling Glenbrook Glass and left at least four messages. Not once did they call me. The contractor was shocked that not one person from their organization called me back.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY TIMELY IN GIVING ME BOTH AN ESTIMATE AND IN COMPLETING THE WORK AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB. I HAD BEEN THINKING ABOUT REPLACING THE ENTIRE WINDOW BUT WHEN I FOUND OUT HOW EXPENSIVE THAT COULD BE ($400+) I FOUND SOMEONE WHO WAS WILLING TO JUST REPLACE THE BROKEN GLASS FOR A FRACTION OF THE COST.
Description of Work: REPLACED FROSTED GLASS WINDOW IN BATHROOM.
