+ -1 moreThe project went great - Mr. Gilberti knew how to design a great space and address all the issues that arose during the process of permitting and construction processes. I was constantly impressed by the depth of his experience and his eye for design and detail. As with all construction projects, issues arose here and there during the construction portion of the project (for which we used a contractor recommended by Mr. Gilberti who was also great), and he always had good advice on how to resolve and address these issues. Gilberti Design Studios would definitely be my first choice for any architectural services I need in the future.
Description of Work: We used Gilberti Studios to design and plan a complicated roof deck, prepare appropriate drawings and other requirements for the permit, to work with additional service providers for surveying and related structural review services, to engage with the City of Chicago with respect to the permitting process and to otherwise advise and supervise construction.
