Very thorough wonderful job got out wine spots as well as paint spot from the stair runner. Worked quickly and put everything back where it started. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

We got next day service from this small company! Dana was very patient, as the haulage firm (also booked from Angie?s list) were in the process of removing the furniture at the same time - it was not planned that way! Except for doing a good job, Dana is also pleasant to be around. Recommended!

Called to make appointment 2 days before job. Genesis arrived on time and cleaned the stained carpet in about 40 minutes including door mats.

Jim was a pleasure to work with. He answers the calls, schedules the appointments, and does the work all himself. He works hard and does a very thorough job. I have used a few other companies over the years and Genesis is definitely the way to go. I like the fact that the machines used are free standing units and are not hooked up via a long hose to an truck outside. Each stair was done by hand! After the job was completed, the carpet was moist but dried much faster than it did when other companies cleaned them. The first time I used Genesis was after our basement flooded in 2007. He used a heavy duty suction machine to extract water that was beneath the carpet and applied a fungicide to stop the mildew.
