concrete driveways
+ -1 moreDRIVEWAY WAS POURED IN TWO SEGMENTS DUE TO THE LARGE AMOUNT OF CONCRETE USED. WHEN COMPLETE, THE DRIVEWAY WAS VERY WELL DONE. THE REDI-MIX DRIVER WAS PAID IN CASH BY THE CUSTOMER, BUT WAS PART OF THE TOTAL QUOTED PRICE.
Description of Work: REMOVED BLACK-TOP DRIVEWAY AND REPLACED IT WITH A REINFORCED, SIX-INCH THICK CONCRETE DRIVEWAY. TOTAL CONCRETE WAS 18 CUBIC YARDS.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY WORKS A LITTLE DIFFERENTLY. THE PRICE QUOTED IS FOR ALL LABOR AND MATERIALS, BUT ONE OF THE REQUIREMENTS IS THAT THE CUSTOMER PAY THE REDI-MIX SUPPLIER DIRECTLY. THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE CONCRETE IS THEN DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL AMOUNT AGREED UPON. CONCRETE REDI-MIX COMPANIES TYPICALLY DEAL IN CASH ONLY.
Description of Work: FORMED AND FINISHED CONCRETE IN 4 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS ON MY PROPERTY: 4 WALKWAYS, ONE INCLUDED THE FRONT STOOP.
