I have been using this company for 15 years. Brian always comes to service the furnaces on different properties, I own a rental property in Chicago. The furnace was original to the home and on its way out. Brian comes to service the furnace annually and has always been reasonable, reliable and honest. He had been honest regarding the age of the furnace, but I had been reluctant to replace the furnace because the property was unoccupied. Since it is now rented, I asked him how much time I had left on the equipment. He was forthcoming and told me the furnace needed replacing. He was prompt and professional. His estimates matched the price he charged me for everything. I definitely will call this company for future services.

This was a great experience. Within an hour after I called, they had come and completed the work. My furnace is over 25 years old. He told me they could replace the ignition system for about $400, but since that might not be the problem, I might want to hold off. He also suggested that he could install a used furnace for about $900. I really appreciated the effort to save me money. Though his manner seemed a little gruff at first, he explained what he was doing and answered my questions patiently.
