They did call back but I no longer needed them. Found them to be professional, courteous and helpful. I would call them again if I needed plumbing services.

I am very happy with the result! They saved me a lot of money! The technician actually had the part that was able to fix the leak. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend their services.

It went just fine. We called him to repair it and when he took it apart he said it couldn't be repaired. I had purchased a new one just in case and he said I was smart for doing so and installed it right then for us.

One had broken while a different plumber had been rodding. Other quotes thought this to be a $2,000 job or more, possibly a day and a half of work. Mr. Garrity arrived at 9 with his partner, hit the ground running, and departed before noon. It turned out lower than his own estimate which had been "a thousand dollars or maybe just a bit over" for a possible four to six hours of work.

They did an amazing job and I will definately use them again and again. This is the third time in 3 months I have needed work done and each time they have been great.

Quick response time to leaking faucet. Quoted price up front and honored quoted price even though job took longer than they planned. I did have an unrelated plumbing question that they were not able to address due to their need to get to next appointment.

They performed the work quickly and accurately. I will have them do more work in the future.

I called Garrity Plumbing on Dec 11 and left a message. Pam Garrity returned my call an hour and a half later and set up an appt for me the following day between 10 and 12 PM The plumber showed up at 10 AM right on the dot without me having to wait around. I explained to him what my problem was with the dripping pipe in the basement and the low water pressure in my shower and bathtub which had resulted when the water had been shut off. He removed the wall panel from the back of the shower, tapped the pipes a few times, did something to the faucets in the tub and my water pressure was pretty much back to normal. Once I am ready to have the water lines and pipes replaced I will be calling Garrity Plumbing back.

I have used Garrity for a number of years and they always do a great job. They are always able to accomodate my schedule and are generally out within a day or two of my call. Everything is in working order when they leave, and all is kept neat and tidy. I will defintely continue to use Garrity for my plumbing needs.

What was nice is that the job looked complete. It was neat and the work is guaranteed so I don't have to worry about the problem happening again and if it does, Garrity will be there.

While Tom and his assistant were doing the work, I asked Tom if he would connect my new ice machine. I expected to be told that I would have to make an appointment to have it installed. He told me that if I wanted it installed, he would be glad to do it. He did all of the work that I requested and am happy with the results. I will call his firm for any plumbing work that I have in the future.

Answered Angie's List message in less than 24 hours. Came to inspect for free.

Friendly, on time. Was a quick and easy job but done while i waited with no problems.

Have used Mr. Garrity in the past for plumbing needs and he, his son and apprentice have always been very punctual, thorough and clean. Would highly recommend his company.

He does a really good job, he's a really good plumber. I thought I could smell gas and he came out twice immediately and it turns out it was just a pilot light.

Plumber was on time and worked quickly. He had the necessary parts with him. He was friendly and courteous.

After consulting another plumber the cause was, new grout and caulking. Garrity left me with another hole in my ceiling. I was not happy!

They responded to our call and told us when a tech was available. They also told us the tech would call on that day to confirm when they would arrive. The person on the phone also quoted an approximate price. They did what they said, they called and arrived promptly, when they said they would. They then did the work as promised, and did a good job of cleaning up. They were personable and came with the equipment they needed. The charge was as we had been quoted, and they didn't attempt to sell us something we didn't need or want. The price seemed a bit high for the work that was done, the time they spent there, and the fact that they are very local to our residence. The overall experience was good, so I would recommend them.

Poorly! I spoke with Tom on the phone so I assume he's the one who came (no business card). He brought one guy with him which we thought was odd. We showed him the first issue, the shutoff valve to the exterior line and his partner cranked on it to get it working. The valve was stuck, he got it unstuck but then it leaked. Fine. Working our way further into the basement, we showed him the floor drain. He did look at our well in the backyard and agreed that rodding would help. The as we proceeded to our bathroom further in the basement, he had 3 more workers show up ready to start rodding. My partner had to stop them from starting the work as no pricing was discussed, and she was all the way at the back of the basement while they were in another area. Not cool! Thank god she stopped them, no contract, no pricing, no thank you! It just left a bad taste in our mouth. No mention of code (we had another plumber in the week before and will be using that one. The professionalism was night and day compared to this experience), and he scribbled something on a quote after telling us our toilet brand was a piece of crap and we should replace it! It wasn't a cheap $89 toilet either. I feel bad if an elderly person or someone less aware would have this company over for a quote - they just barged in expecting to do the work. I'm certain I asked for a quote over the phone when I called to make the appointment.

Was leaking only about a gallon of water over night but did soften up the basement plaster ceiling. Not critical/not urgent. Scheduled me for next day. Came on time. Cleaned up.

They are excellent, do what they do, fair in their pricing, reliable, and if they can't do something, they won't do it. They are very good.

Arrived on time. Found a problem I didn't know I had with the dishwasher connection. Had to go to the hardware store near me to get some supplies. One easy-going guy. Seemed to know what he was doing. Took plenty of time to explain what it was he was doing. Cleaned up afterwards. This is a family owned and operated business. I would call them again. There is a discount for Angie List members, or senior discount which was less in my case. I gave a B in pricing because I don't know what someone else would charge. But the discount is great.

Plumbers were very experienced and knowledgable.

Good experience. Called on Monday but was unavailable until Tuesday. He gave of us a time window and arrived in the middle of the timeframe. Fixed the problem immediately.

We found Garrity Plumbing on Angie's List in the midst of a crisis: our ceiling was leaking massive amounts of water out of our smoke detector unit. Scary and a huge mess!! Garrity sent someone out right away and without charging us an emergency fee or anything like that. In fact, they made time for us amidst a rather crazy schedule (taking kids to various schools, etc.) Not only did they fix the problem, but they went the extra mile and checked all of our toilets in our entire house (turns up a pipe was backed up because one of our toilets had not been set up correctly.) Excellent service. They truly went above and beyond. And the price was half what we expected. We would absolutely use them again.
