They did a great job. They are great at taking care of me and they are usually able to get me in the next day. They are a local company and do not charge me a travel fee and they do a great, quality job and clean up and are efficient and friendly.

Garrity is easy to communicate with (they respond promptly to voice mails or have live contact person taking information). They were able to come out early (8 am) to accommodate my schedule. They called a few minutes before arriving, and arrived a few minutes before our scheduled appointment time. They corrected the problems and left their work space very neat. Professional and pleasant. Perhaps the price seemed high (doesn't it always?), but I have nothing to compare it with.

THE PLUMBERS WERE, AS ALWAYS, VERY NICE AND HONEST. This is the third time they have done work for us. They are always fast and professional. And, they do not charge a lot.

My call was promptly returned the same morning. Tom Garrity came out the same day and tried to recreate the problem to see where the leak was coming from. He couldn't find anything wrong and theorized that it could have been from a temporary lint clog of some sort. Incredibly, he didn't charge me!!! He was very friendly, professional and reassuring. He left me his card and told me to call him if the problem resurfaced. It hasn't, thankfully, but I will most certainly call them again!

They were on time to do the work. They were professional while they were working. They were courteous and kind to us. I would use them in the future. They were personable people.

My phone call was returned promptly and courteously, and a convenient appointment was quickly set up. The 2 workers showed up when they were scheduled to, told me they had to go out for a part, then returned and installed it. They knew just where to shut off my hot water & turned it back on without me having to remind them. They also cleaned up after themselves. A very pleasant experience, considering. I have a plumber! They're a keeper as far as I'm concerned.

The plumber called and said he was running ahead of schedule and could he come early which worked out great; he and his assistant preformed the work quickly and professionally in record time. Had him look at another project and give me suggestions/estimate which were all very reasonable.

Extremely well. They are very responsive and prompt. They do high quality work, and they guarantee their work. Both father and son are very friendly. They are clean and careful. This is the second job they have done for me, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

These guys were great! They came out the same day we got in touch, and Larry and his guy were able to hook-up my kitchen sink without any problems. The handyman I had out couldn't figure out how to do this without breaking into the walls, etc., because my new sink was lower than my prior one. Also, Garrity was able to fix some minor leaks and pressure issues in my bathroom by just adjusting some valves and tightening some screws. Again, since the handyman wanted to break into the walls to do this; they really saved me a ton of money!

They came out the day that it happened. They did a good job. The price was reasonable. They seemed like good guys.

Great. Each time, Mike and/or his son came the same day, even after hours. They did the job, and cleaned up afterwards. We finally bought a new toilet through them. They even gave mom a senior citizen discount.

He was very reasonable and I was pleased because I called the night before around 10:30 and left a message. He called me back the next day bright and early and came out that day. I was impressed with them.

It took about 2 days and probably a 3rd for some final finishings. the pressure was actually so great it caused some leaking in some of the bathrooms. Which they came back immediately when I call them a few weeks later to fix the problem. They are a great family owned company that I'd work with again in the future.

I called them, left a message, and they responded the same day. They arrived right on time, early the next day, and the three guys that came out to do the work were very nice. I would highly recommend them.

Garrity Plumbing Inc is run by Tom Garrity and he is perfectly nice and means well. We asked about instant hot water and he wasn't very receptive to that idea. In that regard we would like a more progressive and environmentally friendly water heater. Garrity Plumbing is a very personable and nice group of people.

They were very professional and good at what they came in and did.

In the process of fixing my toilet they scratched the toilet seat.

I appreciated his honesty because he said we really needed a new sink and fixing would not be cost effective. They had to come twice, next time I will ask him to break down the bill, ie; parts, labor and explain what he did.

At the risk of sounding condescending, Garrity Plumbing epitomizes one flaw of Angies List - favorable reports from folks who may not be qualified to comment on work quality. Do to the nature of my project, I was able to compare good plumbing performed by a heating contractor with Garrity's substandard work. The difference was marked. Garrity's soldering was sloppy. After workers left one night, I found water spraying from two bad joints. I couldn't reach anyone as Tom Garrity refuses to provide his cell number (only his wife has it). As usual, I was forced to leave a message on an answering machine. There were numerous other quality issues including destruction of my floor where he cut the drain tile. When the bill arrived, it was 58% above the company's quote. Ironically, the amount mirrored that of the heating contractor I rejected as being too high. Tom Garrity is an affable guy, but based upon my experience, has no business doing anything but basic repair work.

They came for an estimate the same day that I called. They came to do the work when it was convenient with my schedule. The work was fantastic and they cleaned up after themselves.
