Excellent. The work was done very quickly, in less than 45 mins for several items. One faucet was very slow, and every other plumber told us we'd have to tear down walls and install new pipes. Garrity took 5 mins and it works like a charm. I will definitely use this plumber again.

I called Garrity plumbing and left a message at noon and Tom Garrity called back about one hour later. Twenty minutes later, the guys showed up and fixed the toilet. They were very professional and worked quickly. They cleaned up after themselves.

On Friday evening my dishwasher started leaking water onto the kitchen floor even though I wasn't using it. I discovered my kitchen sink water was backing up into the dishwasher which then eventually overflowed onto the floor. As I did not need to use the sink that much over the weekend and I did not want to pay any premium or overtime charges for the repair, I decided I could wait for Monday to get service. I called Garrity Plumbing and left a message about my problem on their machine, knowing that they do not work on the weekends. I received a phone call on Sunday evening and we arranged to them to come on Monday morning at 7:30 a.m. They arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, and cleared the clog that was fairly far removed from the kitchen sink area. The sink drains better than ever. While they were at my house, I asked about a troublesome toilet in one of my bathrooms. They advised not to spend money on it as it really was so old I would be throwing good money after bad. I thought that would be the case and asked about their availability for installing a new toilet. This was two days before Christmas Eve when I would be entertaining a houseful of family. If possible, I wanted a second trouble-free, working toilet for my guests. We arranged for them to come the next morning at 7:30 a.m. when they quickly installed a new toilet that I had purchased the afternoon of their previous visit. The installation was problem-free and they left the bathroom just as they found it. Their reliability for early-morning appointments and service is so appreciated! Everything is working just fine. I will certainly use Garrity for any future plumbing needs. I am a very satisfied customer.

I called them at 9:00am and left a message. They returned the call within the hour and were here by 10:30 am. after discovering they could not fix the foundation leak they said the visit was FREE. As in NO CHARGE for their time. Are these guys great, or what!!!

Garrity is one of those people that I can count on to do the work that needs to be done. He doesn't try to add stuff that we don't need. We have always been happy with him. We had to have him come back for some reason and he was really happy about that. He seems to be a good and honest guy. We like him and love him a lot. The price that he charges is always fair and he doesn't charge us for something that we don't need. I would definitely use his services in the future too.

I used these guys before and they are always a pleasure to do business with. This time the work was relatively simple (although very necessary) - it was just to clean out my main sewer line. They made short order of the job and cleaned the line all the way out the city sewer line.

I like them. I have used them before. They do a good job. It is family operated business. Mr. Garrity came out and did the work, so it made me feel confident.

A urinal was leaking. Garrity adjusted fittings and connections. It still leaked. Their diagnosis - must be a hairline crack; the urinal needs replacing. After three tries, they finally brought the correct urinal to replace the one with the hairline crack. They replaced it. The next morning the new urinal was leaking. Garrity returned and stopped the leak. They, also, installed a flexible tube for a refrigerator ice maker. They next morning it was leaking. Garrity returned and stopped the leak.

I called Garrity knowing that I would need a new hot water heater for my multi-unit building. They were out on-time as promised...first thing in the morning. Within 2 hours, my building was on its way to having hot water yet again. The prompt, professional service and skilled install will certainly have me calling these guys again. They were proud to use only AO Smith, American made water heaters and while not usually a patriotic purchaser, per se, I was pleased with their commitment to a quality brand.

Tom and his crew were, as always, really nice, professional, respectful of our home and very good at their job. They were here on time, started working immediately and were done with all repairs and installations within one hour.

I had a very good overall experience. They were very responsive to me and my needs. I would certainly use them again if I have any plumbing issues.

The work only took about 20 minutes, and the sink was back in business. They came out right away and did the work for a reasonable price, and I was all set for Christmas. They did a great job.

We found them on Angie's List. They did a pretty good job and I was happy with them. It is a father and son operation and they were pretty good about coming out. Their prices were reasonable.

They had to come back twice because the strength flush was not strong enough, but was able to fix it properly on the second trip.

I called to inquire about what their charges were and I got a voicemail but I did get a call within a half an hour. He was very good with giving me the information that I asked for.

They had lost our number the first time and we called them back. He had apologized and sent his boys over right away. They were here within an hour to do the work. We had used them another time and they replaced almost all of the plumbing underneath our kitchen sink and did a great job.

Everything went well from start to finish. Two plumbers came and worked diligently for around 45 minutes. The right washer had to be replaced, which required some hard work in a small area. They did the job perfectly with no interruptions.

It went great! Tom was pleasant and knowledgeable and provided the advice I needed. It was also good to see him coaching and mentoring some young men in the trade.
