Description of Work: Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. The toilet I had them look at had a bad gasket, that I replaced for less than $20.00. | |When they came out they simply adjusted the two hold down nuts on the bolts that held the tank to the bowl. Basically this did nothing. Then I was told if the toilet leaked again, I would need to purchase another unit for approximately $800.00 installed with labor. | |The next day the toilet was still leaking. I decided to take off the tank myself and found the bad gasket. I contacted the local plumbing supply and within 1 day, repaired the toilet at a minimal price. | |I wasted $95.00 on a service call that provided me nothing.

Description of Work: The owner .Tom, was so great. I had another plumber come and tell me I had to replace the garbage disposal. Tom came that evening , and FIXED it very easily. I trust him completely. He was professional and kind. And did not try to sell me a product I didn't need. Very reasonable.

Description of Work: Fixed bathroom toilet & tub overflow and backup which was apparently due to clogged sewer line branch. No other sewer line rodding had ever included (or mentioned) this "branch" -- so our previous diligence in rodding hadn't been totally effective. The process was trickier than it might have been, as our house and plumbing are old. But we were very well and politely taken care of, and the mess was cleaned up afterwards. The rodding charge seemed kind of high -- but could well have been a result of the "branch line" complication.
