+ -1 moreGerardo and his partner came in on time and worked non stop all day. They where very professional and did a great job in the kitchen and the living room. Gerardo came back on Monday to pick his payment when he found a blemish. I was not concerned but he offered to fix it.
Description of Work: I contacted to Gerardo remove kitchen tile and remove a rug and refinish the floor in the living room. He asked me to buy the new tile for the kitchen. When the rug was removed we found that four spots where he had to replace the wood at no extra cost to me.

+ 1 moreProject went as expected. Arranged project with Gerardo, tenant & myself. Gerardo did an excellent job installing flooring and keeping to the agreed schedule so that there is minimal interference with the tenant.
Description of Work: Install 12 x 12 porcelain ceramic flooring (approximately 720 sq. ft.) throughout apartment. Remove old flooring. Install 2 baseboard throughout apartment.
