He did not perform the job for me. He agreed to work on the project last Friday. For the next three days, I called him every day that he said he would come and didn't come. He was recommended to me from a friend but I would not recommend him. I guess he didn't want my business but it was unprofessional not to say he didn't. He just wasted my time and now my basement has been flooded for at least a week.
Description of Work: He was supposed to do a simple routing through to the sewer.
