Freds Carpet & Furniture Cleaning

They do very good work. I've used them annually for many years. We have a dog and a cat so they have to remove a lot of dog hair and cat hair from the rugs which they do an excellent job on. They forgot to finish one area rug and arranged to take it with them and then returned it in a few days after completing this task, which was an excellent resolution of the problem. This year they missed a couple of spots but overall they did a fine job and I will continue to use them.

Great. The chairs had many spots that totally were removed and all the spots on the carpeting (including problems made by 2 cats) were removed as well. The whole place looked and smelled great.

The experience was great and services acquired well worth the money. Fred was also able to accommodate us when a change in furniture delivery dates occured. I knew he wouldn't be able to get the permanent stains out but the dirt and grime appear to be all gone and the carpeting smells alot better too. I will use Fred again to clean my large oriental rugs.

I chose them because they seemed inexpensive and they had good ratings in angies list. They did a nice job and the carpet looked good.

The men from Fred's were very thorough. They took care with making sure nothing was scratched when they laid down the hoses. They moved a few pieces of furniture for me since I had a bad shoulder and could not move them myself. They also cleaned a small rug by my front door for free. They were very professional and helpful.

Fred was very prompt in calling me back and he was the one to come out and give the estimate. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He had a crew of 2 and they cleaned the couch and took the rug with them to clean. They kept the area around the couch nice and clean. They returned rug about a week later and it turned out very nicely. I would recommend them and use them again.

The crew that came out from Fred's Carpet & Furniture Cleaning was very pleasant and neat. Everything they did worked out fine. I will use them again in the future if needed.

I called Fred's early last week to get a quote on cleaning a 7 piece sectional, a 80" sleeper sofa, and a 12' x 16' area rug. I was told they would have a crew in my neighborhood the next day who would stop by to look at the items and give me a quote. They arrived as promised, checked the pieces, and quoted me a price. Later in the day, I talked to Fred and we agreed the work would be done on Friday. On Thursday, however, the weather forecast for Friday was snow, snow, and more snow so we rescheduled the work for the following Tuesday. Fred called Monday evening to confirm the appointment for 9am Tuesday morning. The 2 man crew showed up a little before 9am as promised and went right to work. As there was a lot of snow on the ground, they were careful to carry their hoses and equipment into the house rather than drag them. As we have white carpet in the lower level, the were diligent to use the booties we provided. Once they were done with the 3 projects, they cleaned up, explained we should not use the upholstery or walk on the carpet for 24 hours to give it time to dry, collected their check, and left. Everything looks great.

Great....as usual. Fred calls the day before to confirm the time of the cleaning and the men showed up on time. They are friendly, professional and reliable.

Excellent. They were able to come very soon after we called, Fred called the day before to confirm their time of arrival: 8-8:30 am. Two workers arrived at 8:10. They took out a stain on one couch for free because the couch did not otherwise need cleaning. With the carpet cleaning and cleaning of the other couch (which did need a full cleaning) they were efficient, clean, neat, courteous and did a good job cleaning. We happily tipped the workers. Will call Fred again for sure.

This is the second time I've used the service and they were just as good as the first. They arrived on-time and took care of everything very quickly and efficiently. I would use the company again.

Fred returned my initial call promptly and provided an estimate during our conversation. His crew came to do the work within a week. His crew of three arrived on time, and they were friendly, efficient, and professional. They did a great job of protecting furniture, etc. and completed the work in about 90 minutes.

The furniture was fairly dirty due to pets but they did a great job. Their price was $200 lower than the last company I had in to clean the same amount of furniture. They have equipment which takes the dirty water out to their truck so no sloshing/mess in your house. The guys were nice and professional.

Very good. Fred returned my calls, the team of 3 arrived on time, told me about how long it would take and completed everything that morning. No problems whatsoever. Fred then called twice (missed me once) to ask if everything was okay. Prices were: Section $250, SOFA $75, 8 X 11 RUG $60, 9 X 6 RUG $45, CHAIRS $75.

It went well. They estimated the cost over the phone. We scheduled an appointment. They were running 20 minutes late and I received a phone call letting me know (thanks!). They were able to remove the many stains on our carpet that had accumulated over the last 6 years. They worked quickly too. Fred called the next day to make sure everything went well too.

Challenges at the first job and traffic caused the crew to arrive 2 hours late but Fred called twice to assure me they were on the way. Crew was professional, efficient and worked diligently to finish the large job in good time. Apologized for the tardiness. That night I noticed an area that looked as if it had been missed. Called Fred the following day and his crew was back within hours to correct the work. Also touched up a few spots I had managed to dirty in that short time.

They were, as usual, exactly on time. They vacuumed and cleaned all carpeting and were done in about an hour.

Right before their last service appointment, they called to inform that their last customer requested additional services, causing them to run behind. I liked that they called ahead. They took care of everything and we had no surprises. They are very professional.

Other than one spot, his team of cleaners did a great job. Quick and professional, when his team returned the two carpets within 10 days, they also cleaned the missed spot. Very informative, friendly, and timely.

He cleaned a berber carpet in a 10x12 room in less than, 20 minutes, with fantastic results! We thought we'd have to change the carpet altogether, if the cleaning didn't work. Then he picked up 2 persian rugs to clean at his location, with turn around, in about a week. Great service, very professional and timely.

I called during the very busy moving season of May. Fred was upfront about being busy and said he would call me back if something opened up. Within a week he called and appeared at the arranged time. He warned us that the carpet was old and that the results would not be ideal. He did a very nice job with what he had to work with. He called 2 days later to see if we were satisfied.

They were on time, did a good job.

Job 1: Fabulous. They came when they said they would, did what they said they would, left no mess and the place looked beautiful. Fred is a kind, funny and responsible man who takes pride in his work. I've used him seven times and his work is consistently excellent. Job 2: Fred picked up my rugs in the evening and called a week later to schedule the basement carpet cleaning for that week, bringing back the cleaned carpets when he came to clean the wall-to-wall carpeting. He came exactly on time....as usual!

I agreed to wait about two weeks as the job was not pressing. Fred called a couple of days before and set it up for 8:15am on work day. Prompt, courteous and very friendly. Most professional job and easy to work with. Job took about 90 minutes total.

I gave a C in responsiveness because Fred couldn't tell me when they would be able to come for the cleaning. Fortunately, I am retired and was taking a lunch break from my garden work when Joe called. He said they had a cancellation and asked if it would be all right if they came right over. I was glad I happened to be in the house when he called because I had planned to go back to the garden after lunch. Of course, it was O.K. for them to come at that time.
