Description of Work: Framar replaced our two story back deck steps. They did a tremendous job removing the existing structure and bringing all footings up to code. The rebuild of the stairs was done quickly and is great quality. We would undoubtedly use Framar again for any decking needs.

Description of Work: Rebuilt the existing front porch. My next door neighbor used their services and they did a great job building a three stories back porch and a front porch. Based on watching their work I decided to hire them when it came time to do my porch. I am very pleased with the results, and I am happy to recommend them. Give them a call.

It went nowhere.
Description of Work: I was ready to hire this firm to replace a porch until I asked for a change in payment terms, as only 10% is held back until job completion. This amount is so small that there is little incentive to ensure the job is completely correctly and on time. I suggested a modest alteration to the payment schedule so that 20% would be due at completion. I never recieved any response whatsover.

If an appointment was scheduled we keep to our word and show up, and if there are any problems we call ahead. We have no records of your address in our system or of our secretary speaking with you.
