Technician came on time. Was professional and thorough. Kept me advised as the work proceeded and explained in detail what needed to be done and options to solve the problem. Very satisfied with the service.

Very nice gentleman came and went thru the maintenance. Was very kind, show me what he did, helped me with the thermostat and was very friendly and courteous about it.

External fan unit was no longer working. When I called for an appointment, they were very responsive and did respond same day. They also honored the Angie's list coupon. Our technician was excellent and allowed me to look over his shoulder and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He shared with me the problem and illustrated the part. While the part was expensive, which is certainly frustrating, it was beyond his control. He was extremely professional and thorough in his assessment, from my perspective, repaired the part efficiently and had the system back up and running. He also checked on a few other items as well. For this, I agreed to a service plan which knocked the price down a bit further and helped him out with a bit of commission. Now I need to follow up on using the service plan.

Tech was polite and arrived at beginning of four hour window. He covered his shoes to protect the floor as expected. Went directly to work when he arrived. He evaluated the functioning of my furnace. He was knowledgeable about the functioning of the furnace and zoned heating which is what I have in my home. He performed a thorough review of the furnace and thermostat and corrected the problem that was discovered. He left with giving some preventive education on measures which would help to save me money in the future.

Overall the experience was positive. I would definately use the services of Four Seasons again.

Great. Tech showed up and did a complete trouble shoot process on the furnace, found the issue, fixed it, cleaned the entire system and even checked out my humidifyer that was connected as well.

Salesman is rather pushy for a commitment. I will get a second estimate and go from there.

There was a four hour time window the estimate was outrageous compared to other companies the sales person kept going back and forth to his truck to talk to someone at the office regarding pricing only good thing I can say is that the salesperson was very polite.

They were prompt and professional; just not overly friendly and the price was a bit high, however it seemed in line with what we investigated through other companies.

Think twice about getting a cheaper off brand furnace - replacement parts may take days to arrive.

We discovered the furnace had stopped working. We called Four Seasons at 3pm on Christmas Eve and someone was out to our house within 20 minutes of the call. The furnace needed a replacement part which the technician had on this truck that was installed in about 10 minutes! Very prompt and professional service.

this company has checked and cleaned our furnace and air conditioner each year for last 5 years.Easiest company I have delt with. They call and come within 30 min.of scheduled time,are neat' and good about answering any questions. The company calls later in the day to make sure we were fully satisfied or had any questions. they also gaurantee their work and will be out in a short period of time 24 hrs.a day if service is necessary

These guys are great! I had a four hour appointment window. I got a call 30 minutes before the start of the window saying they would arrive in one hour, which the service person did. I agreed with his assessment of the situation because of the age of my current unit. I was lucky to get 10 years out of the thing considering was already so old when I bought my place in 2002. I was very surprised that they said they could have a new unit installed that afternoon. He serviceman advised a less expensive unit because it only has to heat about 700 square feet and they gave a decent discount for finding them on Angie's List. The installers arrived exactly when promised and started the work. It took several hours - a bit of a surprise to me but then again I guess this is a fairly complicated install since it was in an attic crawl space. Of course, I'd rather they do a good detailed job than rush it. The furnace is in and working well! It is so much quieter than the old stone-age one and I expect my heating bills to be lower due to the smaller size and better efficiency. They even called the house today to ask how it was working! All in all - this has been a great customer experience. I will be calling Four Seasons for all of my heating work going forward!

The service was friendly, punctual and quality. I was able to arrange for the service remotely, which saved me a trip to the building.

They did what they could on the initial repair but when they came back we decided to just the whole unit. The service was excellent. I have contacted them for a maintenance program in the future.

Good. Worker was very conscious of being neat/tidy while working, putting booties on before stepping inside, etc. Listened to me describe the type of noise the heater was making when it was attempting to kick on. He did a thorough exam of the equipment and cleaned everything. We've used them the last couple years and have been pleased with the service.

Four Seasons has the annual maintenance contract for both my furnaces and ac units. During this last service call, I was informed there was a crack in my furnace which could allow CO to escape into my home. This meant fixing the crack ($600) or replacing the unit. After receiving quotes from Four Seasons and 2 other very reputable firms, Four Seasons got my business (this was the 2nd furnace they have replaced for me). The installers were great and the multiple follow up calls from the service center was top notch. Overall a very good experience with no complaints.

Just fine. Came in, used booties as not to dirty the floor. Did the work as requested, changed the air filter. Quick & professional.

Nice guy and probably doing what he was told to do but I don't like people coming in and always finding a multitude of things that need to be upgraded or fixed. It just seems like a high pressure sales person when my intent was only a basic cleaning job.

Service man called prior to arrival. He put on shoe covers before before walking on carpeting. The furnace clean and check took about 30 minutes.
