We made the service call on the 27th , the price was comparable to other companies, we had hears great things about them so I scheduled an appointment the very next day. The service was excellent. They were prompt on arrival, got right to work and cleaned up when they were done. John, the owner himself provided the service. He was polite, professional and efficient. He gave us some wonderful suggestions on maintaining a clear sewer, when to have it serviced again and was extremely thorough in describing what he actually did to clear the line. He answered all our questions. John, from Folan Sewer and Water was fast, efficient and affordable.

He came out as promised to provide an estimate to fix my basement backup issue. He provided a quote via voice mail within a few days. Having talked to other contractors I liked him and wanted to hire him at the price he quoted. It took several calls from me wanting to hire him before he called back to agree. He said he was backed up and it would be a few weeks before he could do the job but he would send a contract over soon. Several weeks went by without contact. I then called and left several voice mails inquiring as to status (this is after telling other contractors I had hired someone else) before I got a hold of him only to have him tell me it would be a few a weeks still. A month later I still haven't heard from him. I understand people in this line of work have a lot going on but I really got the run around and had to start the process over again.

John and his crew were prompt, professional and personable from the moment they arrived at my home. They used tarps to keep everything as neat as possible. When the collapsed section was discovered, they showed me the inside of the pipe on the camera! The yard was dug up, everything was fixed, dirt was returned to the area and everything was broom swept before they left. Great experience.
