Florin Wood Floors

The new floor intersects another room's older floor and you can not tell that the new floor was recently installed. The refinishing job made the older floors look brand new again. I have one more bedroom that I need to have them come back and do that I overlooked.

Didn't quite get the color match right in the dining room, but overall a very good job.

You cannot tell where the new wood flooring begins and the older existing wood floor ends.It is a seemless transition between the two rooms that looks like it was always there. The floors were refinshed and looks great. I have never had wood floor work performed before but we are happy with the finshed job. They trimed out the edges with quarter round and cleaned up after the job was done.

Excellent service. Took a lot of pride in his work. Cleaned up, very little dust although did not use dustless system. Did 2 coats of stain with no upcharge. Floors look GREAT! My very 'picky' decorator thought he did a really good job. Would recommend.

Our GC managed most of the details, cautioning us to stay out of the house for 2-3 days during the sanding and refinishing process. He was right! I stopped into to the house they day they were refinishing to pick up an important paper the day they were sealing the floors. I was in and out in about 30 seconds and felt like my lungs had been stripped. There was a bit of construction to finish up after the floors were done, but our other crews covered the floors after they'd cured for a few days. Florin returned prior to our move-in to take care of minor touch ups, such as bits of filler that were needed here or there.
