They deep cleaned my home after a construction job that we had done. They were very professional and responsive. The owner came out with the crew the morning of the project and gave us a price, a time, and evaluated everything. The project actually went over the time that he quoted us and he made sure to honor the price that he originally gave us. They were very punctual and did a good job.

They did an amazing job and I appreciated that they could squeeze me in on short notice. I certainly will use them again.

I had a fairly good experience with them but feel their pricing is higher than can be justified. I referred them to a friend's condo after using them for several months at my condo. Her condo is two bedrooms, and two bathrooms and they were instructed not to clean one of the bedrooms. Although this was an intial cleaning that included some extras (shutters, oven, and refrgerator), they billed 11 hours. Although I do not question that they were there for 11 hours, I felt that given the space, that was overkill.

We didn't end up going with them. They seemed like a good company, but they were just a little out of our price range. I do think they do good quality work. They were very professional.

My house is the cleanest it has ever been. I'm very pleased with the service. One thing I didn't realize was that I neede to supply all of the cleaning products. I just never thought about it so one item to be aware of.

Elliot was very quick in responding to my initial inquiry and setting up a first appointment. For this first time, two women cleaned the whole house. Then we set up a biweekly schedule with one of these women, Enedina, and Flor's was very accommodating in setting up the the day and times. Enedina is very reliable and does a wonderfully thorough job. She lives up to Flor's motto--"We don't clean houses; we clean homes."--in that she keeps the house in ongoing great shape even though she comes only every other week, and she is flexible in taking on particular tasks. I will definitely continue using Flor's. The cost is reasonable, Enedina is wonderful, and Flor's is very accommodating about special requests.

OVER THE TOP!!! Every time my husband and I come home after Isabel has been here, we rave about it for days. The attention to detail is remarkable. I always brag about it to friends with other cleaning services, and they are astounded. And, best of all, the quality never dwindles. Some cleaning services start to slack off with time, but Flor's is consistently perfect. What a great find in the city!!! Worth every penny!!!

Overall reasonably well, but a little bit of a mixed experience. The team did two projects. One a move-in cleaning project on our main house, primarily the bathrooms and the kitchen. I would give them a B+ there. They got most of the stuff that needed cleaning and did a good job. I did end up supplementing some of their work a bit, but overall I thought it was fine. The second part of the project was cleaning a small studio apt in a coach house behind our house. On this project I would give them a C at best. It was a much easier cleaning job and I thought they missed some easy things. Main complaint was that they missed some major skid marks that were on the hardwood floor of one of the rooms that they cleaned. Also some dust in other areas of the house. Overall,ok, but I would strongly recommend that you inspect the work before they leave and provide aggressive directions on items to be cleaned.

I can't say enough good things about Flor's! I have just used them for a second time, and am so impressed by their responsiveness, promptness, professionalism, and the quality of their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Flor's Cleaning Services did move out cleaning for me on less than 24 hrs notice. They were amazing! Elliott returned my call within a couple of hours and met me at my condo the following morning. He did a complete walk through with me and pointed out exactly what would be cleaned and gave me a price based on how long it would take. When I returned 8 hrs later I was very impressed with the work and so was my Realtor, who arrived shortly after they left to show my place.

I have had a really bad year, and my house suffered a lot because of it. Flor's did a wonderful job of cleaning my house. It was absolutely gorgeous when I came home. Elliot was very easy to deal with, and the cleaning ladies were very sweet to my cat (who can be a bit of a nuisance because he's a helper). My home is beautiful, and I plan on maintaining it with bi-weekly visits.

Fantastic! This was my first time using a cleaning service, and I was unsure as to what to expect, but Elliot explained the services that Flor's offers. Nina is great, and she was very patient with my yappy dog. She did a great job, and my house looks fantastic. The cleaning was very thorough and professional.

We live in a brand new home with hardwood floors and lots of natural stone and stainless steel. After several months of cleaning myself, I grew tired of the routine. However, we were concerned about hiring someone who would treat these surfaces with care. Now after several cleanings, we can report that we remain very happy with the quality of the service. Two cheerful and courteous ladies arrive on time each morning (every 2 weeks) and leave the home spotless.

I had to call back to get the confirmation email that I was promised when the appointment was first made. But after that, everything went pretty smoothly. The ladies showed up on time with Elliot who walked us and them through the details of the cleaning. 6+ hours later, the place looked cleaner than it's ever looked!

They have always been on time. Very friendly and professional and do a thorough job. I have recommended them to my neighbors.

Elliot was very responsible, thorough, and prompt. The only thing that took a little while was the initial booking, but I very much appreciated that he was able to book two simultaneous cleanings with only a week notice. Both crews arrived on time, we did a walk through to make sure they did everything I needed them to, and follow-up after they were done. The price was extremely reasonable given the amount of time and work they did on both places, and they are definitely the best cleaners I've had.

Great. Elliott is thorough, conscientious, responsive and the three cleaning ladies were fantastic. They worked for over nine hours straight on our house, without a break as far as I could see, and the house, which had been coated in six months of construction dust, was sparkling. Have done quite a bit of price comparison and have found Flor's to be by far the best value for major cleaning. Post construction and deep cleaning, which they do on Saturdays, includes all cleaning products. Was so happy with the result that we signed up for weekly cleaning, though to be honest we have misgivings about using an agency for regular work.

Elliot is very polite and responsive in returning call. The young man was very attentive to all details. He listened and confirmed his understanding on what our expectation on the cleaning result (for example, he agreed with us that they will wash our wood stairs and wood panels in the basement with hot water and Murphy Oil, clean all the dust covering over pipes & water heater, clean baseboard and wall throughout, etc.) His estimate also included supplies. It would have been so hectic for us to look for supplies for the cleaners as we were pressing with time and the moving preparation. Elliot reconfirmed the appointment date again before the team comes out to work. The house was somewhat neglected for years. But Elliot and his team of 4 ladies worked the wonder to transform it into a clean living place. We were amazed by how the kitchen's cabinets and floor turned out (we really get to see their true colors grime-free for the first time.) During the entire cleaning session, Elliot regularly came round and ask us to check their work. He was willing to attend to the mentioned spot immediately to ensure our satisfaction and never show any sign of frustrations when we brought up any issues. As much as we noticed that he was tired from working/ supervising around, Elliot remained very friendly and polite through the entire process. The work took longer than it was originally expected as our basement was abandoned for years. They needed to clean it for three times (instead of one or two as originally planned.) But the whole team are determined to finish their job as they promised. We truly appreciate his professionalism and attention in delivering quality works.

Overall - went well. Two people come each time and the same people will come every two weeks. The first time the two women came, Elliot (owner/manager) came with them and walked through the house with me to be sure the women knew exactly what to do. The ladies were here for approximately 8 hours - approximately $360 for a 3 floor townhouse - however, it had not been cleaned other than spot cleaned all summer. From then on, it has been an hourly rate of $36 - for $160. The two women are very nice and do a very careful job. I felt that a tip would be strongly appreciated - although not required.

Overall, they did a very good job, especially on our floors which are a dark cherry wood. Their attention to detail was very good, and they appreciated the feedback I gave on the few minor things that were not done to my specifications. We will be using them on a weekly basis now that they have proven they can clean properly. I am also impressed that we will have the same housekeeper each week.

Elliott came to see us to give us an estimate. It's his mom's company but he seems to be a full partner in the enterprise. He's a young entrepreneur who has a high level of professionalism and is very customer oriented. During our first meeting, he made sure that expectations are clear on both sides - what we want from him, and what he will provide at what price. For example, it's his company's policy to use the cleaning products that we provide rather than providing their own (this ensures that the "right" products are used). He also expressed a willingness to be flexible - if we could not afford to have the whole unit cleaned thoroughly, we could agree that his cleaners will focus on specific areas. As he pointed out, other services may charge less but this may mean they will not spend as much time cleaning - the real test is what the client pays per hour, not overall. Elliott also explained that he does his best to ensure that we will have the same cleaner every visit. He arrived with his cleaners on the first day and they did a great job. Very thorough. Washed surfaces that we had overlooked for a while. He then sent one of the same cleaners two weeks later and she, too, did a great job. So we are happy to continue using them. We may drop to once a month if the expense gets too high. PS, There are two adults in our unit, plus one cat. I think we're probably about average in terms of neatness and cleanliness.

The service has not only been excellent, but the quality has remained consistent (which in my experience has been a problem with other housecleaners, but not Flor's -- very refreshing).

This company does such amazing service. My house looks great and they did a nice job of cleaning it. The management is really good, they pay attention to instructions.

From the time I called to the time they left was 48 hours. Great response and the team was great.

When we first contacted Flor's to have our condo cleaned, they were booked, but they called back a few days later to tell us they had a cancellation, although they were only able to send one woman, not two as they usually do. Elliott came out for the first appointment to look at our place and give us an estimate, and he was very professional. They arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m. and accommodated our time constraints since we were having people over later that afternoon. They took great care to ensure that everything was put back in its original place. Overall we had a very positive experience.
