+ -1 moreWe were referred to Denise Kendall of Floorplan Services and she was EXCELLENT. She not only showed up on time, but called ahead to confirm the appointment, and then showed up with her professional tools and gear while explaining how the process works. It didn't seem like she was there very long, and presto, she had a floorplan to scale and measurements. She told us she would email us a PDF of the floorplan with room names and measurements on it within a couple days and we even received the floorplan back earlier than expected. Using her floorplan with our apartment photos allowed us to make a good impression with potential tenants and allow the tenants to be able to save on the # of trips to come back and see the unit because they had all the information they needed. We are excited to use Denise again when the opportunity/need arises! She's wonderful to work with, energetic, and very talented.
Description of Work: We had an apartment that was hard to describe in classified ad and photos didn't do full justice. We have found that people are visual and cannot necessarily perform spatial orientation in their mind, so e wanted someone who could provide a floorplan to go along with our photos so that we could find the best tenants faster.
