Installation of our Prefinished hardwood was fast and efficient with absolutely beautiful results. And, we didn’t have to pay a fortune ! Greg and the team was reliable and the work was beyond my expectations. They cleaned up after they were done and even vacuumed the blinds. Best choice I’ve made in a while... highly recommended !!!

We hired FloorMaxx to install hardwood in a townhouse we just bought. Greg was very informative and transparent at the free estimate appointment and that’s what made us choose them. They weren’t the cheapest bid but we knew we would get more value from them. We went to their supplier’s showroom and picked our wood. FloorMaxx bought it for us and delivered it and gave us the receipt so we knew we didn’t get charged extra. They showed up every day when they said they would and the work was done quickly. The crew was very respectful and their work was amazing. We absolutely love our floors and the work that was done. I already recommended them to my boss.

FloorMaxx refinished the floors in our whole unit while we were on vacation. I was very nervous to do it this way but it was the only time we could have the work done. We gave them the keys and told them how we wanted things and they did it exactly right. They moved the furniture, refinished and then put everything back. They sent me pictures throughout the week and kept me informed. That made me trust them and more comfortable to have them in my house while we weren’t there. The best part is that they left everything so clean that I didn’t even have to have a cleaning crew come in. We highly recommend them.

I had FloorMaxx do refinishing and new installation in our new bungalow. They were very careful with the existing wood and leveled the rest of the area so the new wood is all at the same level. It went really good. The first thing I was impressed about them was about the timing they fit me in quickly, they were able to put me on schedule and when the project started they done it for 2 days they were quick, the quality of work was good, cleaned up after themselves, the products was good no issues or defects and the cost was comparable and great value.

Working with Ana and the FloorMaxx team was great. Very fast turn around. We had some water staining from a leaking washer. Their crew quoted us, and had the work completed in no-time. Sanded floors, new stain color. Looked like new! Highly recommend!

Very professional and punctual. None of the contacts were pushy, listened extremely well and provided all insurance info immediately, without being asked. They were very flexible in doing whatever I wanted and did a fabulous job. Price was very acceptable. They warned me about the odor of the standard wood coating and it was extemely harsh as warned. If I did hardwood refinishing again, would probably opt for the no odor coating. Was done in a middle floor of an apartment building and both the floor above and below found it to be extremely odorous...especially since it was winter time and could not ventilate easily.

Floormax was the best! Ana was very responsive and helpful with my inquires. I had a tight timeline and they were very willing to work with my schedule. Greg helped walk me through options and was very knowledgeable with my questions. The install took only a couple of day, the quality of work was excellent, and I had no complaints with the service. Everything was what I expected and I get so many compliments on my floors. I would totally recommend Floormax to anyone and was extremely satisfied with their results.

FloorMaxx was terrific! I was changing the color of my hardwood floors entirely. They took their time with me, trying a couple of colors before making my decision. My floors are red oak, making some lighter shades tricky. They were careful and covered my cabinets and counters- I had just moved in and didn’t have any furniture. They worked hard and finished on time. Pricing was reasonable and work was high quality! I will absolutely call them again.
