+ -1 moreI am new to Chicago and this is supposed to be the premier running store of Chicago. I walked in to look for some running accessories and I wasn't able to find anything. There was no one available to help except for the 6 people behind the counter of whom only 1 or 2 were ringing up customers. I went up to the counter and then was told where to get what I was looking for. I went back to the counter to be rung up and the cashier was constantly chatting with one of her friends/colleagues. She slid the receipt to be to be signed without really saying anything after which I had to ask her, "Is my transaction finished"? I'm so glad there are other options to chose from because this store just sucks.
Description of Work: I need to get some running accessories.
