The provider got in touch with me very promptly and was extreme quick (and flexible) in scheduling. They performed the job very carefully, professional throughout. Gave useful tips and suggestions along the way. A reliable plumbing, electric, and general contractor company.

The project went very smoothly. AP Construction folks were great to deal with and their pricing was very reasonable.

They were prompt and on time, very professional and courteous, they replaced my old water heater and took it out to be disposed, incurred an extra cost to replace old intake pipe and outtake pipe but was very reasonable in pricing. I will most definitely use them again and give them very high praise in quality and timeliness of work.

I purchased an Angie's List deal and was very happy with the service AP Construction provided. They did a thorough job including explanations of extra work that needed to be done, which was for a very reasonable additional fee. They also provided good advice on which disposal to purchase. I liked that they are a local, small family run business, the kind of business I like to support. I plan to use them again for any future plumbing needs!

Eugene was great - emailed me with a date for the service and then texted me the day of to let me know he was on his way. I had tried everything on this drain: snaking it, a pressurized water bladder, drano etc. He cleared the obstruction and let us know that with our old galvanized piping, the problem would probably reoccur in the future. I would highly recommend AP construction to anyone.

Eugene came to our condo building with his father, Atanas. Very polite, on time. Took their tools up to the unit, put on blue work gloves and get at it. The old unit was in very tight and Eugene had to use power tools to dislodge the old sink flange from the sink. that was the only real difficulty. The rest of the install was fine, they ran water for an extended period to ensure a tight plumbing connection, cleaned up their work area and left. Excellent experience with these two gentleman.

The install of the new water heater went well. Eugene got to our building around noon Saturday and was done in about four hours. The price was very reasonable for the size of the unit, the day of the install and the quickness of his response. Our tenants had hot water back in less than a day.

Originally there was another piece of work included in the quote which was to fix the on-off button on a Jacuzzi Tub. My big mistake was trusting Eugene because he was recommended by my real estate agent. I received a lump sum quote of $1200 including fixing the tub and the snaking of the drain was later--another $100. I was stupid not to have it itemized. They left without fixing the tub and said they would fix it later. They thought they would have to tear into the tile to fix it, which did not make much sense to me given that I am not sure they knew how to fix the problem--so I checked it out with a real licensed plumber-- who came and looked at the work, took pictures, contacted the Jacuzzi rep for a solution, and as it turns out there is no need to tear apart the tile surrounding the tub--you just need to pull out the key pad, order the right replacement part, and plug it in, then replace the keypad. So Eugene said they would refund the money in the quote for the tub, which he offered $150 back--which makes no sense since they told me that the ice line to the refrigerator would cost $300-$400. $800 for the few odd jobs on the list was outrageous and I know that Eugene is backing into justifying keeping the money. They said they would come back and fix the tub, but I do not want them coming back to tear up the bathroom for something that can be simply fixed by removing a keypad and replacing it. I am asking for $300 back since they are not fixing the tub, but I have not heard back from them. At one point while they were here they came up and said they had fixed the tub--only to find out they turned on the switch which I had turned off, but did nothing for the electrical problem with the switch--it was hardly fixed. Also, they set off the fire alarm and the fire department came--how that happened God only knows as I stepped out to run an errand. I will say I also think there are language issues as I had a hard time understanding Eugene at times. My advice to Angie's list members is to really check out other vendors first. If you use Eugene get everything itemized in writing and don't believe any "we'll fix it later" promises.

I wasn't satisfied, because they came and adjusted something on the toilet, and then charged me $50, and I had already paid for it. They did not do a good job. I was moving, and I did not call them back. They were more interested in walking around my apartment, and checking if there were other things to do. They were really pushy. There was an older one and a younger one, and he did the job really quickly, and started looking around. I would never use them again. I didn't print out what the big deal entails, and they charged me for the work. I told them that I thought that it was included in the big deal that I had paid for. I was under the impression that their daily deal would be included in any work on the toilet. I paid a service call, and it wasn't worded as a service call. I made an appointment, and they showed up when they said they would, they did the work, and they left. They were not professional, they were like used car salesmen.

I had issues with my three toilets in my bathrooms. They wouldn't flush completely unless you held down the handle for about 10 seconds. Two employees worked efficiently and quickly to fix all toilets and replace the handles with more efficient handles at great price. Great work! Would definitely use again!

I don't know if it's completely clear if that was labour only and not cart...it was okay but it wasn't great.

AP Construction showed up right on time and did neat, professional work. They were very helpful to me in upgrading from an old toilet to an American Standard Cadet - which is essentially the only low water highly rated toilet that would fit in my vintage bathroom. I am grateful for their help in identifying which would be the best new toilet to install - we both, independently, came up with the same make/model as the one to use. Once they had the old toilet out they saw that due to installation of a marble floor, the old toilet bolts weren't the right length any more. They had longer replacement bolts in their truck and were happy to fix that situation for me. So I recommend them highly for their services.

Both times, the service was very good. For the tune up, they cleaned the tank and the flush mechanism for the replacement, they removed an order, cracked toilet and put in a new one.

We were very happy with them and they were wonderful to work with. They really went beyond our expectations and they are extremely conscientious. Customer satisfaction is very high to them and when they were here they were very efficient. They wanted us to approve of the work before they left and they cleaned up well after themselves. I got more than what I asked for. They did such great work for us we plan on using them again shortly to put in two more toilets.

They did exactly what I asked and more - replacing a part in a toilet w/out my requesting and at no additional charge. Did not try to get me to do any unneeded work. They (father and son) were pleasant, timely and honest.

My toilet was refilling very slowly. I purchased an Angies List deal for AP Construction. They arrived early which was good for my situation. After inspecting the toilet, they said we needed a new flush mechanism. Unfortunately, they didn't have one in their truck. I would have had to pay extra to have them go 1 mile to the hardware store and for them to also install it, not to mention the cost of the part itself. I told them I hadn't budgeted for that and no other services were needed. After they left, I noticed they had not replaced the flapper which was specifically part of the Deal. They didn't have a flapper in their truck so they headed to the hardware store. Shortly after they left, someone from their office called me and explained the situation and offered to pay for parts, labor, and transportation for both the flapper and flush mechanism. It was a confusing morning, but in the end I was happy.

Provider scheduled appointment on day/time that was convenient for me, called before coming, and showed up on time. Toilet was repaired. I was pleased with the result.

They were on time and did what they said they would do, which was to clean the flush valves and other working parts of the toilet. They were very professional and appeared to know what they were doing. I plan to use them in the future.

Were very responsive to and quot;emergencyand quot; situation, my toilet started leaking from the tank. Although I had purchased the toilet 2 months before, I had not scheduled the installation. They responded immediately to my e mail and installed the new toilet the next day at 8am, 12 hours after my e mail. They were prompt, polite, and efficient.

The owner and his son arrived on time, checked out the issue I had with my toilet, fixed it, looked thru my plumbing system and gave me an overall impression. Basically, my house is aging(over 65 years old) and has original plumbing, but for now they advised doing nothing at this point. They were thorough, professional and personable.

While assessing the toilet, they found that the toilet had a slight leak and replaced the wax ring. They also looked at our shower which is leaking and gave an estimate for that repair.

Scheduling was easy. They did a fine job on the repair. They were very nice, timely, and they worked quickly. However, I wish they would have told me the price of the repairs they were doing outside of the Big Deal before doing them. It was different than what I was led to believe.
