As stated, it went great.
Description of Work: Patrick came out for an early morning appointment right on time! We had two minor problems and he took his time professionally explaining the problem. Our problem was identified that the leaky kitchen faucet needed a O rings and new cartridge. We are ordering the correct part under lifetime warranty which Patrick recommended. Patrick also identified a minor issue with the length of the chain on the toilet. Fixed it. The part is being shipped to us for free. This is a very responsive company.

Description of Work: I used Fettes, Love, and Sieben twice in the past 6 weeks, once to fix a leaky shower head and the second to clear a clogged kitchen sink drain. Scheduled an early morning visit in both cases, and plumbers arrived before 8 AM both times. The plumbers are very quick and competent.

Description of Work: A very expensive faucet that came with the condo was leaking. It had no marks telling who made it. They put in a temporary fix, figured out where the faucet came from and ordered the parts. The repair was completed when the parts came in. The do great work and show up when they say they will. Great people to work with. I'd use them again.

PAUL WAS VERY COURTEOUS. HE TIGHTENED UP ALL THE PLUMBING, INCLUDING THE PLUMBING FOR THE DRAIN, SOME OF WHICH WAS NOT AS TIGHT AS IT SHOULD BE. I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I WAS WATCHING.
