Excellent. Everyone whom I dealt with (John Moses, estimator; Mark Sperry, on-scene estimator, and Mike, plumber) was professional, competent, and on time to the minute. One of the toilets started to seep around the bottom 48 hours after installation; Mike did the rework (at no additional cost) within 6 hours of my report. When I suggested that the work be postponed, Mark Sperry said he would rather not because of his concerns about leakage into the unit below us. The final charge was exactly what John quoted me. Mike was very competent, neat, and made the complete process far easier than I could have imagined. I didn't even have to clean up the bathrooms after he left. Highly recommended. I have already recommended FLS to three friends and am definitely planning to use them again.

These guys are GREAT. Made an appointment with reasonably short notice. They came when the said they would. They were patient with my 4 year old son. I would recommend them to anybody.

The plumber was on time and started work immediately. He not only fixed the problem quickly, but he educated me about other plumbing issues in our bathroom. He took care to keep everything clean, and he cleaned up after his work. He was also very polite.

Art was very professional. The work required him move the toilet, and our floors were brand new. He was very careful to not scratch them. He also unclogged our basement sink, which wasn't scheduled, at no charge.

This was non-urgent but they responded very promptly. They came, diagnosed the problem (a small leak) and fixed it. I was very pleased with the level of service (promptness, tidiness) and will use them again.

The gentleman who came out had never seen a problem like this, but he came up with a method that made perfect sense. They were efficient and neat, and no more leaks!

Was referred to Al who at first mentioned that the city would need notification of moving water meter, gave me some references. I considered that the water meter didn't positively need to be moved, so just the main line after the meter, and the gas lines. Would they come out for an estimate? Only with a charge. When I mentioned their site shows FREE estimates, he said they were changing their policy. Then asked what I do for a living: I said software development and he said wasn't I worried about other people stealing my software?!? He started to rant about how non-union plumbers at cheaper rates are getting all the jobs and why should he give me a free estimate when I'll just use it against him. Hmm. Seemed like I was in a sitcom. Joke was on me. All this was even after I told him I saw them on Angie's List! I wished him luck with their new policy - I think they'll need it.

I stayed home from work, but no one showed up. I called to speak to the manager, but he never returned my call. The man that eventually showed up did apologize for that. They were efficient and I am happy with the results.

Came out the same day and finished the job within a half hour. The plumber was extremely nice.

The company did a fantastic job of responding to my call. They were very busy, yet re-arranged their schedule to come out the same day I phoned. I truly appreciated the accommodation and flexibility.

It sounds so simple, but the toilet that had to be replaced was an old wall hanging flusher, and the new copper water line had to wend it's way through 1/2 my basement. Art Olsen came half an hour early(!)and spent the next 5 hours methodically doing a great job on everything, cleaning up after himself as he went along and just generally being friendly and charming as he did it. These are my plumbers for life.

THE PLUMBER WHO CAME WAS RIGHT ON TIME. HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING STEP BY STEP SO I KNEW EXACTLY WHAT HE HAD DONE. I ASKED AROUND AND FOUND PLUMBERS WERE GETTING ABOUT 100 AN HOUR, AND I EXPECTED A MUCH HIGHER BILL.

Plumber was very nice and polite, cleaned up water. He had to come out a 2nd time because sink was still leaking when I came home to check it. But, that was my husband's fault because he forgot to tell the plumber we had leaks coming from more than one area. When I called to have plumber come back out the office said OK no problem, plumber arrived back w/in the hour and fixed it right away no attitude or anything.

Both were on time. Both were extremely conscientious. The first patiently tried to recreate the problem (i.e., flooding under the sink) and didn't give up until he did. The second was terrific, explaining everything he did as he did it, talking about water levels and how plumbing works. His version of what was causing the problem contradicted the first fellow's (and his explanation seemed to fit the facts far better), but both men were pleasant, efficient, and thorough.

Art, the plumber from Fettes Love & Sieben, came on time and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. He was incredibly polite and walked me through the steps he took to address the problem we were having. Moreover, Fettes Love & Sieben didn't charge me for the service call, as they didn't use any parts. I would definitely work with Fettes Love & Sieben again and highly recommend them.

Service was prompt. Work crew appeared qualified. Cleaned up well. Solved my water line leak but water entry into the building is awkward and not what I expected.

The plumber was quick and efficient. He mananged to replace the pipes without damaging the aging connecting pipes, saving me more work. The pipes work without leaking.

AT FIRST, THEY LOST MY NUMBER, BUT THEY WERE HONEST ABOUT IT AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. CAME IN UNDER THEIR ESTIMATE. I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY. I LEFT HIM ALONE IN MY HOUSE AND THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. HE LEFT A NOTE-- PRETTY RARE. FIFTEEN MINUTES EARLY.

THEY WERE HELPFUL OVER THE PHONE, EVEN THOUGH THEY COULD NOT COME OUT WHEN I NEEDED THEM TO.
