Whenever I called they showed up fast! They returned 6 or 7 times to complete the job!

This company was very thorough and quickly located the problem. They were very neat and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely use them again.

E-mailed John Moses 7/31/06 requesting an estimate on roughing in water supply lines. He e-mailed back 8/3/06 stating that he would have one of his sales people to contact me. When there was no contact from the sales person by 8/18/06, I e-mailed John again stating that the sales person has not contacted me. To date, I have not received a response.

Came out when the parts came in after the estimate, right away. Installed everything, did a good job. Did not charge for travel. We were very pleased.

The plumber was very polite and kind. He was thorough and took the time to make sure there were no other issues to address. I thought $197 was a lot to pay to fix a toilet tank problem, but I would use this firm again.

The plumber did not come at appointed time and upon calling their office I was told that he got held up at previous job assignment. On the rescheduled date the plumber was on time, was polite, and seemed knowledgeable about the older one-piece Rialto toilets. He did a good job finding the putty as the cause of the recurrence of water running and remove it. He cleaned up the work areas well. There has been no recurrence of the problem. Mr. Moses was very helpful in ordering the parts and setting up the appointments.

Very responsive and professional service. We felt they charged a reasonable price.

The man who did the work was Art and he was very good.

Overall, it was good, but had to project manage them a bit to follow up and coordinate with the company they called for the catch basin cleaning and to get billed (!?). It may have been due to the 4th of July Holiday. Also, for some reason plumber took the cap off the city box, and had to replace. Reliable, always came when said and were on time and scheduled appointments quickly.

Pleasant until the invoice arrived. Seemed excessive for less than 45 minutes of work.

I spoke to the owner immediately. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I had set up a time for them to come and do the work, but had to cancel because I needed the work done sooner and found someone to do it. I would definitely try to use again because they seemed very professional.

I had a terrific experience with this plumbing company and the plumber sent. I had a quote from a different large plumbing company that said the job would take take two men and cost $1,500+. FL&S did the job in under three hours, with one man and at 1/4 of the price! Not only did the plumber make the repairs quickly and professionally, but he also noticed some nearby PVC pipes that were never cemented. While a very small fix (10 minutes) compared to the main repair, I was impressed that he helped spot the additional issue and prevented future problems. The plumber and the office were both very polite and professional. While certainly not the cheapest possible, it was worth the price for the excellent service.

Everyone was very professional, polite, clean, and above all, did an excellent job. The price may seem high, but it wasn't a simple replacement. I live in a condo building with over 150 units. Our building engineer was very impressed with their work. I have another larger job and will definitely use them again.

Wonderful people, very prompt response to my call, and they came out right away to give an estimate. We ended up with another company because the person repairing all the water damage wanted to use their own person, but other than that I would have gone with Fettes Love and Sieben.

Plumber arrived on time and was very professional. He described the work he was performing and did it very efficiently.

Clearly, not a lot of communication between the guys who take the service calls and the actual plumbers who do the work. In addition to bringing the more expensive disposal, the plumber didn't completely install the disposal correctly. Later that afternoon, I ran the dishwasher and discovered that the water at the bottom of the dishwasher wasn't draining. I called back the plumbing company and told the receptionist the situation. The plumber called me back in 15 minutes and told me he had simply forgotten to remove a punch-out disk in the disposal that would allow the water to drain through. He said he'd come back as soon as he finished his current job. I had to wait around for an hour or so before he came to fix the problem. He had to remove the whole disposal again and of course, water got around the bottom of the sink. He tried cleaning it up just like he had in the morning, but he wasn't very good at it. So for the second time that day, I had to clean up after the plumber.

When the plumber arrived, he called me at work to confirm what I wanted him to work on. I was able to describe shutoff valves, etc. to him. He was to arrive a 8am and actually arrived early. He replaced the spigot and did a great job. To access the piping for the spigot, he had to cut two holes in the drywall walls in my home office. Having cut enough drywall in my life, I was amazed not to find a crumb of dust in my office. He did a very clean and neat job, although I had to get the drywall patched, but that didn't surprise me. Overall, these guys did a great job. I was a little suprized by the price. It was a bit high, but I would use them again for plumbing needs.

Paul replaced dishwasher hose, trap in sink,trap and faucet in bathroom, replaced flapper in toilet. Discovered building problem in kitchen sink. Not yet billed but Paul was terrific.

Roger arrived ahead of schedule which was fine with me. Roger was polite and left no mess behind. I had to call him back to make some miner adjustments to the new faucet. Overall I am very happy with the work Roger did.

I had 4 different service companies in on one day to take care of various problems identified during an inspection of my new home. Of all the companies working that day, Fettes Love & Sieben was by far the most efficient and professional. The plumber was on time, was smart, friendly, and polite given my clear lack of plumbing knowledge. The quality of the work was excellent, and done quickly. I was even pleasantly surprised by the price in the end. I would definitely use them again!

The plumber is neat, friendly and informative. He went beyond just fixing the immediate problem.

The plumber showed up on time, was courteous, professional, put on boot covers prior to entering the apartment, & quickly assessed the problem. So far, so good... 30 minutes later he emerged from the closet with good news & bad. The repair was complete (the good news); he personally took most of the water hit (also, good news); & that other stuff in the closet also got wet (the bad news, especially after further inspection we determined that wet meant soaked or trashed considering that the water sprayed on pillows & comforters, wrapping paper, stuffed animals, etc, was covered with sewage water. Fettes Love & Sieben was responsive after a follow-up phone call & committed to cover the damages or get a claims adjuster to investigate. We assured them that the loss wasn't worth a claim & the company settled up the loss appropriately & timely. Despite the incident, our experience was a good one. We would still use them again in the future.
