On time and very persistent to finish work on time. Did a very good job, very professional and neat. Wore paper slippers.

He arrived on time,covered his boots with shoe covers to protect my hardwood floors, tried different techniques until he was able to access the drain and cleared the tub drain. Repeated the same process with the laundry tub drain. He explained what he was doing throughout both processes without becoming annoyed and showed me where a pipe part had corroded and repaired the pipe all in a reasonable amount of time. He was very courteous.

After initially being placed on a waiting list and being told "most likely tomorrow," I received a phone call from Art who told me he was right around the corner with a cancellation and could squeeze me in. Art was professional and fast. I would definitely call him again and recommend him to friends.

My water heater stopped working so I was calling around to see if anyone could come out and fix it immediately (or at least sometime that day). I called Fettes, Love & Sieben and was told the person I needed to speak to was unable to take a call, but if I left a message they'd call back in about 10 minutes. After 30 minutes, I called back only to be told the same thing When I said I had already left a message, the person on the phone assured me I could expect a call back any minute. I ended up getting someone else to do the work. I finally got a phone call back from them *25 hours* later. I understand being busy, but when you are in a situation where you don't have hot water, I would much rather be told they don't have the time to do the work that day, versus the run-around I was given.

As you may know in Chicago, the second week of February was burst pipe month. I spoke to Mike who said he would do what he could, but as I could understand, they were very busy. However, he came that afternoon and did the repairs. / April 4, I just had another encounter with the above plumber. This is slightly more often than I wished since I had them in February because of burst pipes in my basement. I was completely satisfied so when my tenants showed me their ceiling (the wax seal on my toilet had broken) I had to call them again. A young man came out and did the job very well. He was clean, polite and quick. He was through with the job in less than an hour.

Company was VERY responsive, a plumber was there within 2-3 hours of my phone call. The job was completed in about 3 hours and he made several recommendations to prevent the problem from occurring again and they have worked! The employees were very friendly and respectful.

They did a great job and took the time do things right the 1st time.

We had been without heat since Monday evening; wasn't sure what caused pressure loss in heating system. Once I determined that the problem was burst pipes, I called Fettes Love & Sieben (on Tuesday Feb 13th in the middle of our blizzard) based on Angie's List high rank in current reports and high grades. Serviceman arrived in about an hour, work was completed in a little less than 2 hours. Pipes were cut and recapped. System drained and refilled. Radiators bled. Very professional and competent.

The service was good, and the communication was well.

The Representative arrived on time and went right to work! He was friendly and helpful. He explained what he would be doing, parts needed, etc. He offered additional advice on fixing a faucet on my own to avoid unnecessary expense. They do seem a little pricey but this is the second time I've used them and it's worth it.

Repairman was on time and very pleasant. Covered shoes so that dirt was not tracked in. Work successfully performed.

I called the night my frozen pipes burst because I tried to defrost them myself. I called the next morning at 7:00 am and 'John' sent a certified licensed plumber by 8:15 am. He arrived promptly when promised. He worked on repairing the burst pipe and restored the water within two hours. THANK goodness! I don't know if I could have gone without water any longer. They sure knew their stuff. They were well worth the money.

Plumber arrived promptly at 7am and immediately assessed the situation. He cut the necessary holes to access the pipes, unfroze them and offered advice on insulating them. He was very friendly and helpful. We called on a Monday following a very cold Sunday. We were triaged because our main pipes weren't frozen, but they scheduled for first thing Tuesday morning. They were very responsive.

It went well. We called around 12:30 am when the water started gushing. They told us they couldn't come until morning but would call us first thing. We turned off the connection to the water so we were okay to wait. They called first thing in the morning and said they would get to us as soon as they could. Art called when he was on his way and arrived ten minutes later. He figured out a temporary solution to the problem, explained it detail why he thought that was a good idea, and described what would happen in the spring when the actual repair was made. Art was friendly, professional, and thorough.

From start to finish, they were great. When I called to make the appointment, they were professional and courteous, and I had no problem getting an appointment. Art, the plumber who did the job, was extremely professional and friendly and got the job done quickly. He even gave me a tip about keeping my water on a small drip to keep the pipes from freezing in the future.

Very, very well. They were very prompt, worked fast and cleanly. Nice people to work with.

I was very pleased with the company, FETTES LOVE & SIEBEN. The time scheduled was quick and convenient. THE PLUMBER WAS ON TIME AND RESPECTFUL OF THE HOME. THE WORK WAS PROFESSIONAL AND THE COST WAS IN LINE.

Chuck and Ray arrived five minutes early and got right to work. They listened when I explained what had happened (back-up in basement drains when showering/laundry/etc.) and did an excellent job explaining to me what they thought had happened (clogged drain) and what they planned to do (rod-clean and then go from there). They encountered a few difficulties along the way and explained them to me as they were happening, and warned me that the job would take longer than I (or they) might have thought. After cleaning the drain and testing to ensure it was working again, they advised me that I should do annual cleanings and mentioned (NOT a hard sell) that they could come back and send the camera down because to diagnose some of the weird things that had happened during the cleaning (rods getting stuck and having to be pulled out with both plumbers pulling). They were courteous and friendly the whole time and had great patience with my many questions, and cleaned up afterwards.

They're seeded the toilet and did a wonderful job. He was very good at what he does. The service man was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Skilled as well. He also explained everything he was doing. Good service.

They were quick, professional and reasonably priced. I expected to pay a little more than I did after looking at the other quotes but it might have been due to how fast they were able to clear the clog, around 10 minutes. I called, they scheduled me for the next day, and were on time. In and out in around 15 minutes total. Would use them again and recommend them. Also, the $129 was without the 10% discount coupon for labor.

The rep. set up an appointment for a week away but said he'd call back in two hours to let me know if they could come that day. He never returned the call. On the day of the appointment they called 1.5 hours into a two-hour window to say they'd be a few hours late. At that point I couldn't wait that long. I took a day off work for no reason.

Plumber arrived on time and was very courteous. He was unusually neat and clean especially considering his line of work. Because the drains were slow or intermittently stopped up for years it seemed to have added to the difficulty in getting them cleared and took longer than I thought it would (about 40 minutes). Drains now run better than they have in many years.

The folks at the service department were friendly and helpful but the guy they sent out, whose name escapes me, had few social skills and was in general not a good communicator about what was going to happen. He was also late both times and put in for time on the first day that he had not done (i.e. he left our job site for over an hour - said he had to run an errand - but they tried to charge us for that hour. When we explained to the service office what had happened, they refunded us the hour).
