Every time we have used them we've been very happy with them. They have done a very nice job on all the projects.

They were on time. They were very professional. They were very helpful. They cleaned up after themselves. I have used them multiple times since the first time.

It was excellent. They were on time. It only took him twenty minutes to fix the problem. The professionalism was excellent accross the board. They I called Sunday and they got back to me the following day.

He came out on time he walked me through the process and it didn't take very long at all. He was personable and patient and went through answered any questions I had.

They were a little expensive but they did good work. He was on time, courteous and polite and got the job done. We had water pouring out of the ceiling and did not know where the leak was but he found it and repaired it.

I have used them for three years now. They do a good job, their on time, and I do not have to pay them right away. They send me an invoice. They were on time. It took them a half an hour to do the work. They never leave a mess. I like to deal with Keith. The others are good but I prefer him.

A very nice guy from the office came out and provided the bid. The actual installation was done by two really nice plumbers. We had one small hiccup in that the originally specified 50 gallon hot water heaters wouldn't fit, but they were able to get 40 gallon heaters instead right away with minimal inconvenience. They also did a rework of the original piping to make the heaters work more efficiently. The plumbers worked very quickly, with minimal mess and cleaned up before they left. They gave me great instructions on operating and maintenance.

I was able to easily schedule a visit, even though it was between Christmas and New Years. It was little bit difficult to get the right person on the phone--even though I believe they are open at 7:30 or 8, the office staff does not arrive at that time and you may get the shop. The boyfriend had left the water running and the tub overflowed. He tried a plunger but wasn't able to get much. The plumber was able to unclog the drain in less then a 1/2 hour. The first hour costs $149, however, and you get charged by the hour.

They always do great a great job! These people know what they are doing.

They came out and said, "The pipe's broken" [which we already knew] charged us $140.00, stated that they'd give us an estimate on how much it would be to fix it, and then we never heard from them again. When we called them, they told us they'd call us back during 'normal business hours'. My husband and I both work so we had a family member present for the estimate. They were very inflexible and didn't seem interested in addressing our problem.

Valve leaking on hot water tank which was 18 years old. Decided to have it replaced. Also had leaking on outside faucet. The company returned our call within hours and set an appointment to replace the water heater--gave an approximate estimate over the phone. They installed new shut-off valves, new plumbing to the outside and a new faucet. Also, the venting on the hot water tank had been installed improperly before and it was fixed. The entire work area was left clean. This is the second time we have used their service. There may be less expensive alternatives but the prompt reply and high quality service is worth the peace of mind.

Excellent. Estimator was punctual and knowledgeable. Didn't rush, took time to answer my questions. Service Rep. was professional and helpful when I called to get fixture and scheduling assistance. Installer was punctual, friendly, clean, conscientious of my home/needs, did great work, took time to answer my questions, and followed up on all requests.

Though another plumber had suggested over the phone at the time of inquiry that it could very well be that we need a new water heater, FETTES LOVE & SIEBEN was willing to come out and take a look for free. After inspection, I was told that one of our 2 water heaters was not functioning at all and was the cause for the poor hot water volume in the bath. He acknowledged that the work that was needed was not something they could address and suggested another company to help. As for the poor pressure in the kitchen sink, he found that it was some debris that had collected in the faucet. So far I have not received any bill for the service.

They answered the phone right away and were able to come out quickly. The workers were very friendly and efficient. I asked them back to change out a bathroom faucet that was unconventional and had to be sawed out. I had to wait a few days, but again they were friendly and efficient.

The plumber was very friendly and he had lots of good advice. He did a great job. A+

Our call was pleasantly handled and the job was set up for a few days later. Our contractor Chuck Fiege was terrific. He was exactly on time, wore foot covering in the house, had the job finished in about 3 hours and when he left the house was immaculate. When I went to say good bye to him the old toilets were already on his truck, the boxes for the new ones were gone and the new toilets were working perfectly. The invoice arrived about a week later and Angie's list discount was applied. No muss, no fuss. We will use this company for all our plumbing needs.

Excellent. They arrived on time, reviewed the jobs that needed to be completed, took a short lunch while out to get a part and stayed late until all the work was completed. We would highly recommend this company for anyone. They were professional and pleasant.

We have an old house, with all the usual accredited issues of old pipes, etc. When the main washing-machine drain blocked, this company came out very quickly indeed (within an hour), did the work efficiently and well; not an easy task on such ancient pipes, and charged reasonably. Much the best experience with a plumber I've had in Chicago.

I contacted Fettes Love & Sieben after finding them through Angie's List. I called on Monday morning and they came the following morning, 7:30 AM. The representative who came was prompt and finished the work very quickly, in around 20 minutes. I did not have to pay him on the spot, which was nice. They sent me an invoice in the mail a couple of weeks later.

They were excellent. They had great customer service. Prompt, responsive, and did good work.

The plumber arrived around 7:20, had a replacement in his truck and did the work in less than an hour, cleaned up and was gone. They charge a $150 minimum so we checked out a few other things around the house.

While he was here, I couldn't understand why the kitchen sink would gurgle. He looked at it and explained why it did it and that there was no problem. He didn't have to do that but he took the time out after he did his work.

They fixed the problem. And they were a pleasure to deal with. But it wasn't easy. Cleaning our pipes was no problem. Finding the source of the smell was more difficult -- it took two mint tests and one smoke test, and drilling into two bathroom walls, to finally find a collapsed vent pipe. They kept doing things in stages, which created quite a bit of damage to my walls. Also, they incorrectly placed one of the toilets (they forgot to put on a wax ring), resulting in water damage to my downstairs bathroom. Again, they fixed the overall problem (the smell), but I had to spend an additional $2000 to fix all the drywall damage they made. I understand they wanted to avoid doing major work unless absolutely necessary, but in the end I think we would have been better off if they had gone for broke rather than trying to solve the problem piecemeal. But really, my only complaint is the damage caused by putting the toilet back incorrectly.

Very well. On time. The gentleman they sent was a very hard worker.

This is the second time we have used this company and both times the plumbers have been very professional and neat. Don clearly takes pride in his work and we appreciated his attention to detail and quality of his workmanship.
