They were responsive and punctual. They were professional.

We had 2 issues: one was that our ceiling in our downstairs bathroom was leaking, and the other was that our kitchen sink was leaking. When I called they had given me an arrival window of 9 - 12, and they showed up at 9:15. He looked at the ceiling and told us that it wasn't a plumbing issue, but a problem with how the vent fan was mounted. Then all he had to do was tighten something under the sink and he was done. All said & done, it cost us an hour worth of labor. The plumber was very professional and honest, so the next time we have a plumbing problem we're calling Fettes, Love, & Sieben.

I was able to get the repair done on the day that I called. And even though I was late getting there the plumber called my mobile and was able to start the work. He explained everything he did, was neat and attentive to his work. He also helped trouble shoot the cause of the break and a solution to prevent it from reoccurring.

The bid was too high, and I ended up using a different company.

The plumbers from Fettes Love & Sieben gave me horrible service. My sink and my toilet were broken. I was not happy with the price. It turned out that they didn't know what they were doing and they were very unresponsive. I still need to have those items fixed.

Fettes Love & Sieben scheduled me very quickly on short notice. Jay was sent to dewinterize a 2 flat building in Chicago. He carefully and methodically assessed some of the good and bad winterization work and went to work efficiently. Very pleased and comfortable with the work that was done and the time taken to perform the work.

Pretty well. The firm's long suit is their depth of experience with old, potentially fragile systems, and the man's knowledge of how to work around the potential problems.

My husband talked to them and picked them as they were the most competitive in pricing. We were happy with the work. They were able to finish the work when they said they would. The installer was on time and courteous. He also cleaned up after work. It was a very positive experience on the whole.

Excellent. The workers were very professional from start to finish. They laid out all the options on how a problem could be solved and the cost for each option.

I called Fettes, Love, etc. on a Friday afternoon around 4ish. The receptionist was very nice and helpful and the main plumber called me back within minutes. They found a plumber who could come to my house Monday morning. The plumber was prompt, neat, and did a great job. The estimate was between $150 and $250 (it depended on how much time he spent at my place). I was pleasantly surprised to get a bill for $150. Other reports claim that this lace is a bit pricey, but I say a job well done once isl money well spent. I would use them again for other plumbing needs.

They sent a woman (which was a pleasant surprise!) named Donna - she was a very nice, personable & professional plumber, who explained everything to me so I could understand it! I needed to have my faucet replaced, along with a pipe under the kitchen sink. I told her sort of the kind of faucet I would prefer. She had to leave & purchase one. She came back with a beautiful faucet, way under the price I would have expected. After everything was replaced, she tested it all.

We had a sewage backup in our basement stair area way that we knew was somehow connected to issues we'd been having with our catch basin. The first person showed up (a younger woman which surprised us for this kind of plumbing work!) came to help roto-root the area drain and cleared it somewhat, but after testing it we discovered something was up with the catch basin it connected to about 5-10 feet away. She looked into it and discovered some sort of mysterious muck in the catch basin and decided to rod out that too. She called for help and another plumber came - the 2 of them toiled away for quite a while and I'll skip the details but they were very professional and helpful. It cost us $300-400 more than anticipated but it was worth it to us. We also received a bid for follow on work which we ultimately gave to another contractor due to better price, fixed cost, and 10 yr guarantee (VanDerBosch) but I liked these guys a lot too and would recommend/use again.

When the bathroom sink ffaucet was unable to be turned off, a building maintenance employee turned off the water . However the faucet needed to be repaired. I called Fettes - Sieben, explained what was wrong and they offered to come immediately. That was not possible because of my schedule . I set up an appointment and asked for 'Paul' because he had done excellent work previously. The appointment was for 8:00AM and he arrived at 7:50AM.He had to leave to get a part for the faucet but returned, repaired, and completed the job within a total of 30minutes, He is outstanding.

They were reasonable and did what I asked. It was good. He was helpful. It seemed to solve the situation. It was uneventful. I think he came the same day that we called. The price was what he had quoted when he called. I have been thinking about him come look at what we have in our new location.

This is a very good company that I have used many times. They are not cheap, but they show up on time and get the job done. As usual, the plumber (Steve) showed up right on time. The job took 2 hours. He cleaned up after himself and left the bathroom looking the same as it did before he came in. He also advised me to leave the vanity cabinet open for a few hours to avoid mold due to moisture. I appreciated his attention to detail. I didn't know what the price would be until I got the bill today. It was about $20 more than what I expected it to be, but that is not outrageous. I will not hesitate to use them again.

A woman showed up and right away I was pleased. She did an excellent job and explained everything she was doing. She made sure everything was good before leaving. She cleaned up everything. She was extremely polite and overall very knowledgeable.

Thursday night I discovered water everywhere under my kitchen sink and found a hole in the trap. My husband and I attempted to replace it, but it was severely corroded and crumbled with the turn of the wrench. After consulting Angie's List, I called Fettes, Love & Sieben before 8:00 Friday morning, they said they could have someone here between 11-3. They called back an hour later and told me they could have someone here in the next half hour. Yea! Art arrived promptly 20 minutes later, assessed the situation and brought in the tools to repair it. He was very friendly and efficient. I was very pleased with the work done and at how quickly they were able to get here.

They came quickly and were easy to schedule. Plumber was very nice and quick. Slightly over-priced.

I was able to get someone to the house less than an hour after I called which was a surprise because we certainly NOT an emergency. The plumber took off his shoes, was friendly to the kids and got to work. Found out that the smell required no real repair, so he asked if there was ny other work that he might do since he hadn't used a full hour, which is what I would be charged as a minimum. He took a look at other problems and fixed those he could. He also gave honest feedback on things that really didn't need to be repaired, which I appreciated. The cost is high, but the quality and professionalism was as well. I will use them again!

It took them about 45 minutes to complete the work and they were fantastic. We have had no problems with the work they did and its help up perfectly. They were punctual and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and they showed good respect for the property.

We had this work performed 10 months ago by the same company, and the serviceman said it would be an annual process. Well, he was right. Our toilets, shower and sinks, all on the 2nd floor, backed up completely. First we had a different plumbing company out, who identified the problem as in the sewer line itself and said we needed it rodded. We called Fettes, Love & Sieben but they were already closed for the weekend, so we called a bunch of companies Friday after 5:00 p.m. and they all wanted outrageous prices (like $900!) to come out over the weekend, so we scheduled one company for Monday morning, and hoped FL&S could help us out Monday. Meantime, we had to stay elsewhere for the weekend. We called FL&S at 7:45 Monday morning, and they said they could help us and they'd call 30 minutes before the plumber would arrive. (PLUS, most companies send two guys for this job, but both times FL&S has sent just one guy.) He called mid-afternoon to say he was 30 minutes away, and he arrived exactly on time. Bob was very nice and professional; he listened well then got right to work and let me know if he needed anything, and he explained everything clearly. He had to first clear the water from the stack in the basement so he could get his rodder in the pipe, and he made a point of letting the water out slowly so we could clear it out without making a huge mess, and when he was all done he wiped up the floor of the remaining water and dirt. He even told me he'd haul his equipment just outside the basement door before taking it to his van, so he wouldn't have to charge me while he put everything back in his truck! The whole job took just 75 minutes -- the blockage was very close to the house. And he recommended getting the sewer line scoped with a camera to look for broken tiles that we could have repaired when we do a planned renovation. Okay, last praise: these guys cost 2/3 the price of the first company we had scheduled to do the work!

I made this appointment for my mother who was very pleased, The woman arrived at 7:10 and worked to rod out my mother's basement until about 11:30 and my mother was very pleased with her work and work ethic, and even though my mother is elderly, my uncle was there as well, everything that she did she showed them and explained to them what she was doing and the problem with her basement. They were both quite pleased.
