Art was on time and called before arriving. He was able to diagnose the problem and find a quick solution for now (shut off the water, stop the leak/ice) and find the longer term solution (fix the spiggot without ripping down drywall inside of the unit). He was very friendly and professional. He even gave me a pair of disposable booties to wear into our tenant's unit since I had snow covered boots. The appointment was easy to schedule and they were very friendly when I had to reschedule. The person who scheduled the appointment let me know they would need to shut off the water. I appreciated this since I needed to notify our tenants in advance. The billing department was also easy to work with in paying my bill over the phone. Overall a great experience and we will definitely use them again.

. We did not have any water coming out of our master bath shower. It turned out that our water line was plugged by various debris. After my call to Fettes, Love & Sieben their representative came within 2 hours as it was promised. He performed service in a timely matter. He was very courteous and professional. He cleaned not only master bath show where original problem appeared, but also a second one as well. The price for the services was absolutely adequate. I would use this company again and I would recommend it to all my friends. They responded right the way, the service performed was good, the cost was right. They were everything I expect and more.

Our bathroom water was coming on by itself when we used other water in the house, and it was making a loud, trombone-like sound. Our plumber was Paul. He was prompt and courteous and fixed the problem. He also helped me decide a course of action in dealing with our 100-year-old plumbing, and gave me a heads-up on some major problems that are starting to crop up. I have been using Fettes Love and Sieben for several years, and they always do quality work.

They are probably not the cheapest in the book but we are absolutely confident that they are amongst the best. They always have estimates that are pretty much on par with others. The work has been excellent, they always clean up and it's been fabulous. They come in and put little overshoes on their feet to keep things clean. They follow up to make sure everything is appropriate. The professionalism has just been top notch.

They were professional, on time, and pretty much everything went really well. I thought the woman they sent out was very professional. I would definitely use them again for plumbing.

The plumber who came out did a wonderful job and the work turned out very well. They have come out 3 times till now. They responded very quickly in an emergency situation. They are very honest. The estimates were accurate and they are very professional as well. They clean up after themselves. I was very impressed with them.

The first floor bathroom leak was not easy to figure out what it was. However, he did get it figured out. First rate job all around. Have used them in the past and will do so again.

I am satisfied with them. I have used them a number of times. They are very good and they are not expensive. They come when they are supposed to and they diagnose the problem and if it?s the problem they shouldn?t be fixing then they will tell you what type of person to get. They did a very professional job.

The old pipes were raft and they could have been asbestos. They said I had to get rid of that before they removed the pipes, so I had to get an environmental guy to do that. They removed all my horizontal pipes and replaced them with copper piping. I think their pricing was comparable because of the fact I did not have to pay as much as I would have had to pay one plumber for 2 men and not just that but also to have the asbestos removed first. They only negative is that they did not clean up as they could have.

I paid for the sink and they brought the toilet because they did not have it where I usually get it. I paid $931 and that included the installation of the sink, faucet and the toilet, and the cost of the toilet that they brought in. They also had the guy lay tiles because I had some extra ones and when the fixed the sink and it looked different, so he fixed the tiles so it wouldn?t look so bad. They are really good and they brought someone out and replace the faucet because it was defective and it was not their fault. She took a lot longer than it should have taken and there was a little bit of leaking. They had early appointments, so they came out at 7:30 in the morning, which was really great to go to work. The one guy that came knew what to do and in less than 5 minutes, he fixed the leak. The girl put the pop up of the sink too low and it was taking too long for the water to slow down. She is really nice and was trying, but it wasn?t working with her. They only thing is that they don?t have emergency service because they go down town.

The work seems fine to me-- we've had no problems at all. It just seemed to take longer than expected and cost twice as much as expected.

They installed a kitchen faucet. They were professional. They were quick. They do things right every time.

Our garbage disposal started leaking over the weekend. The leak got larger by Sunday night. I called first thing Monday morning and scheduled an appt. The repairman was polite, reponsible and the work was done right away. He also insisted on cleaning up his own mess.

Their service was excellent. They were timely. They came five minutes before the appointment time. Their troubleshooting was great and their prices weren't bad.

Overall, it went well. The basement has some odd drainage, so it was not easy to come up with a solution to our sewer smell problem. We were able to figure out where the smell was coming from, where the drains end up once they leave the house and why the sewer gas was coming into the house. The solution was temporary, but an overall plan for a permanent solution was drawn up and quoted. I was very happy with this outcome.

They were great. The work was well done and the price was reasonable for a plumber. They were very polite and I appreciated the fact that the gentleman covered his shoes when he came in without my even asking. Also, they sent a card to follow up and thank me for my business.

They were quick, efficient and took care of everything. They were great. They were not cheap, but nothing is cheap. Good plumbing is expensive, no matter what you do. They are a local company and they were recommended by other owners in our condo. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Plumber arrived on time the day after I called. He diagnosed the problems correcty and fixed them, using parts carried on his truck. It wasn't cheap, but the work was excellent.

The company was great to work with. I live in another city so the entire transaction was handled via phone and e-mail. I called, described my problem and they took it form there. They arranged with the tenant to come in and do the work within a day. My tenant told me they were professional and efficient. I received a detailed invoice via e-mail. I then called and pain with a credit card. They even adjusted the invoice when I told them I had a coupon from Angie's list. I ultimately received hard copies of everything in the mail. I would definitely use them again for plumbing needs. Plumbing as a whole is extremely expensive work so it is hard to judge the price but I suspect it is in line with the going rates.

They came first thing in the morning, at 7:00 a.m., which was great. The plumber, Mike, was very pleasant, respectful, and helpful. Mike also let me know that work we thought we needed wasn't so. We had been given bad advice by someone else. I'd be happy to use their services again.

The job went great. First, Mark quoted it out for me. We had a little problem connecting at first, but once we did, he was quick to give a quote. The workers were knowledgeable, spoke English and were very willing to work with anything within reason that I threw at them. One example, is I needed another hose hook up, which they connected as well. The first guy to show up was there at 7:30am and was planning it out, since my pipes are a little crazy. He worked with the other guy, who showed up a little later and the two of them knocked out the whole job in one nine hour day. They even had to do some roof work for the venting and made sure to swing by the next day to give me some flashing for my roofer. I would definitely recommend giving these guys a call.

They were very impressive and very professional. I felt that they did a great job. However, any quality plumber is very expensive. They came and found that there was a pipe leaking within the wall. Not only did they diagnose the problem, but also helped us to figure out the most effective and most efficient way to repair it. They also helped us save some money.
