I was happy with them because they explained the two-step process. They did a very good job. I was really happy. At first I had no water pressure, but they gave me a lot of water pressure. They cleaned up the work site after they left.

It went great!! After initially talking to someone else about the repair, it sounded like it may be difficult and take some time. I am glad I went with Fettes, Love & Sieben for the job. They were able to schedule me quickly, got the job done efficiently and even reminded me about the coupon on Angie's List. I was very happy with them and will use them again.

My experience with Fettes was good. A salesperson came out and gave me a quote. I needed a part that I could purchase for less and he gave me the name of the distributor from which to purchase it. Also, I asked for recommendations on the best quality sink fixtures and he ranked them in order or quality and ease to repair. A plumber came out and did the actual work. He was right on time and friendly. The salesperson took off his shoes when he came and the plumber wore booties. The plumber also gave me the Angie's List discount without me even asking.

He kept me informed though out the job as to what needed to be done and why. He also noticed a sewer smell common from my basement and found that I had a gasket leak on my basement toilet. He calked it at no additional charge and that took care of the smell. All and all a good experience. I would use them again.

We have used them on and off for a long time. They are extremely professional.

They were highly recommended by Angie's List. They first came out and gave us an estimate. It was great. They came in and did the work, but they only did half of it. We had to get them back out three more times, and then they did the same thing again for the additional hours. We were only paying for what we agreed to on the estimate. We have been ripped off. We are still arguing with them. We were extremely upset because they came so highly recommended. We had even called other people regarding it. They are still sending us bills. The contractor later looked at the estimate and said they did not do a lot of things. They came back and did the work and billed us another $2800. We are only paying for the first original estimate and the list of work that they said they would do. We also feel we were probably overcharged by about $1000. Two of the things that they had done had to be redone because they hadn't used proper sized pipes. We would never ever use them again. We would never recommend them to anyone either.

I don't find Fettes Love & Sieben Inc to be punctual or professional. I called Fettes Love & Sieben because I had an extreme plumbing issue and expected to hear from someone in a timely manner (less than two days). I called Fettes Love & Sieben a third time and received the same run-around, "someone will call you back when they can..." I explained to the rep I had called two days prior on April 18, and whoever the receptionist gave my number to lost or threw the number away, gentleman's response, "well we cant call you if we don't have your number". Needless to say, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

The plumber was excellent. The best praise might be that we had the same company do extensive work yesterday.

Plumber selected faucets for us, and we are happy with them and with his work.

The washing machine leak was resolved promptly by rodding out the laundry tub. The plumber (Steve) also advised me on using a lint catcher to avoid the problem in the future. The leaking coupling is attached to a pipe that may be covered with asbestos, which will need to be removed before further plumbing work can begin. Steve thoroughly explained what was needed - patiently and clearly - and showed me exactly where the area of concern is located. He took the time to discuss the pros and cons of various ways to approach the next steps of the work. Steve even reminded me of the Angie's list coupon, so I got 10% off today's work. I feel like I know what's going on with my house and what to do next, which is a relief.

Fettes, Love & Sieben replaced my ejector pump. Very pleased with the work done & the plumber's demeanor. Very pleasant, very polite. I am the Question Lady, & he answered all my queries and showed me how the pump works. Would use them again.

I received an estimate over the phone.

Plumber arrived about 10 minutes late even though I saw him park outside the building about 15 minutes in advance of the scheduled appointment. Not a big deal, but had I been pressed for time that day, I would have found it annoying. Once in the bathroom, he successfully cleared the clog and the drain does function better now. He did leave a slight mess in the tub, but nothing too bad. The price was fair and the coupon from Angie's list certainly helped! I would call them again as the plumber was courteous and friendly.

I spent $1000 on that service. I used them because they had a good rating on the list. They did the work fine and the people were all pleasant.

They did an excellent work but the only thing was they were pricy. They did a wonderful job overall. The workers were good, professional and clean. When they came inside the house, they put on booties, the shoe covers. They were courteous and trustworthy.

Backup in basement on Sunday. Called answering service for emergency service to page with problem. Called them back 1.5 hours later as did not hear back, and was told they didn't consider this an emergency, and were holding the call for Monday service. Called another plumber.

They were very professional. I offered him a tip and he did not take it. He was very honest. The work they did was pretty good. We have had him to do a number of things since them and he seems to be very honest and thorough.

They were good. The price was good. They were very neat and clean. They were very efficient.

I chose between 3 Angie's list A-rated plumbing firms for my water heater replacement. I chose this contractor because they were the best priced supplier and gave me a flat price for what is simple, straight forward task. I feel that changing a water heater is not a hard job and believe it should be only about $900 for a 50 gallon tank, not $1308. What makes it even easier is that I have an unfinished basement with access all around the tank. That said, the plumber arrived on time, knew his job, and did good work. With the job finished I have 2 final comments: 1) the first tank when it was unboxed in my basement looked like it fell over in the warehouse. Unfortunately you could not tell from the box outside so I cannot blame them for accepting it, however I refused to have it installed and wanted a another tank. The plumber was fine with my direction. 2) when he left I had to do some minor cleanup in the basement (splashed solder on the floor, some paper wrappers, etc. For that price they should have thoroughly cleaned up after the job. I will probably use them again for more complex plumbing tasks like changing risers, adding a mixer valve system, etc but not for simple things.

We selected Fettes because of their reputation despite the fact that their estimate was much higher that others. The job started on schedule, but, during the initial camera of our sewer, the plumber informed us that the plan needed to be changed because our sewer traveled a different path than everyone assumed. Unfortunately, we weren't told that the cost would be adjusted because they needed to temporarily relocate our water heater. We also had a couple of other invoice disputes due to communication gaps between me and the plumbers. In the end, we received an invoice that was significantly higher than our original estimate. Some of the additional charges were legitimate and we were happy to pay them, but others were a complete surprise. In the end, we negotiated a final cost of $9700. My advice in dealing with Fettes is to make sure you get every change order in writing with price and duration. I learned a valuable lesson. In the end, our new system works great and we're very happy with the new sewer setup as well as the additional work they did. The plumbers are fantastic - prices and invoice practices are not.

Fettes Love & Sieben are very professional. My husband called them several months ago to get a quote on replacing our clawfoot tub's shower conversion and faucet assembly. An estimator came out shortly and gave us a reasonable quote. However, the quote was incorrect because the tub differed slightly from what he thought. So he came out again, and took photos this time. He later contacted us and said that there was a price differential from the first quote, but that the company would eat the difference. The installer came on November 12 to install the assembly, and completed the job in a couple of hours. I did not get the gentleman's name, but he was very considerate. We briefly talked about the house, and he told us if we needed specific parts or replacements for our vintage bathroom fixtures, there is a showroom associated with the company. They even have sources for re-brassing faucets, etc. The bathroom was extremely clean when the installer left. In the quote, they said the floor would be left "broom clean" but it was much cleaner than that! In fact, there really was no trace that the plumber had worked there that day, as far as dirt, smudges, or debris are concerned! Cleanest workman I've ever encountered. I would definitely recommend Fettes Love & Sieben to anyone who wants a quality, professional plumbing job done.

My tenant had a leak under their kitchen sink. I found Fettes Love & Sieben on Angie's list and saw they also had a coupon. They responded quickly, came in a timely manner and finished the job in under an hour. The plumber that came wasn't aware that I'd mentioned the coupon, but quickly recalculated the bill with appropriate discount. Overall - very happy even though it still felt kind of pricey

This project was for a condo unit I own, not for my primary residence. I thought they were great. Good phone service online. Came on time. Plumber was articulate about job. Suggested ways to save me money. Didn't bill for toilet re-seat until work was done, and was supportive of me doing it myself (I opted not to). Was very pleased. I gave a B for price as their pricing is fair, but not cheap. They billed me at $124 an hour (plus parts and supplies). I know I can get a free lance plumber from my wife's immigrant nationality to do the work much cheaper; but FLS was professional, communicative, reliable, and insured. My perception from this job is that they were also honest, competent, and didn't gouge me. I was happy to pay a reasonable rate for that. I initially phoned to make appointment on a weekend. We connected on a Monday morning and they had time on their calendar the next day - there was no long wait. Second visit out to finish job was scheduled with a similar short window. The job was completed in a timely manner with no complications. I will be happy to use them again. I've informed my wife that I want to use them for our home plumbing needs rather than the guys she has recruited for us in the past.

we had a pretty bad sewage smell. all it wound up being was dry "P" traps, so he only needed to add some water into floor drains and the problem was fixed. I was (am) pretty disappointed in the full 1 hour charge (he was here 12 min), but do understand that's how it works. Would have been nice to speak w/ someone RE the problem first- I called, and then they were there in no time (was actually waiting on a call back to schedule). Overall, very, very professional and courteous. would use them again, but next time will ask for estimate/ costs/ etc. would also recommend them.

The folks from Fettes Love & Sieben came out twice. Once to diagnose issue and second to replace the diagnosed problem (a leaky, builder grade kitchen faucet). Consistent with past plumber experience, I have yet to find a "cheap" one in terms of price. Work was performed quickly and professionally and in accordance with my schedule which was nice.
